I was waiting to get a idly for past 1 hr and the guys are having only limited stuff and but the board they are having in all the items are available and they are serving very slow and they ask to wait the custmer directly and I am still waiting to get the order and I am giving the review in front of the shop still I didnt recive the order...IF YOU GUYS ARE NOT GIVING THE PROPER FOOD DNT PUTADVADISE YOUSELF GUYS... THIS HAPPEN IN PALLIKARANAI BRANCH.....Thank you hope fully like me no one will wait....

#unclesamskitchen - totally unprofessional and totally disappointed with their entire attitude.Called and spoke with a lady name Jessi regarding an upcoming party 1 weeks ago, made it very clear on the phone that I was unsure of the numbers for my sons party and gave an “idea” of how many kids were in the class but couldn’t confirm till the 2nd of May. She asked me to go to the website and fill on my information and just add 60 and we can “adjust later with confirmation from my side “ which I did. Spoke with Jessi again on the phone today after sending the confirmation yesterday via email, and she was so rude on the phone. Then a guy named Sameer called and I tried explaining what happened and I was very unhappy with the way Jessi spoke on the phone. Then he wanted to charge an extra 100rs on the total person rate which I said no and was unfair based on the menu size ( which was very small only 5 food items and 1 mocktail). I told him I would post on social media for the total lack of customer service especially the way Jessi spoke to me on the phone. He asked to call me back which he did and did agree to do the party for the rate quoted and for the confirmed number of people. But then got really aggressive on the phone saying I threatened to post on social media if they didn’t do the party. Which was untrue as I CLEARY said I would post about the inefficiency of customer serivce and giving clear details regarding the minimum required. Which by the way he said is 50 and it’s not listed anywhere on their website.So due to his inaccurate accusations and lack of common respect for customer service, I told him to cancel everything and I definitely would be posting about his horrible horrible customer service.Thanks a ton Uncle Sams Kitchen for your lack of relationship/customer support 3 days prior to a party! Amazing Job!

Dont even think about it!! To start with, they serve the 2Rs ration rice for white rice and variety rice.They were booked for a corporate lunch to serve 200ppl - knowingly they had cooked only for 100ppl or less - None of the dishes were good - above all very poor service - ever server who server the buffet literally stingy in serving the food..You wont believe that in the Chettinad Chicken curry - there were only chicken wing pieces and no other parts of chicken were found. That too only one wings per person.Local icecreams and poor quality desert were server - limited quantity.I was surprised and equired the organizing committe whether they missed out anything or paying him less.. You wont believe they charged 860Rs and it was not even worth 160Rs.Best part is - this guys take the whole cost of the buffer as advance - so that they wont miss any penny and you will end up regretting...In simple words - NOT AT ALL an option to consider....
