One of the worst experiences i had with Sree Gnanambika. I ordered for dinner at 7 pm they delivered at 8:15 pm, I ordered for tiffin at 7 am they delivered at 7:45 am and I ordered lunch for 10 am they delivered at 11:45 am. So thats how bad they deliver food. Get ready for super late deliveries if you prefer them. Also their tone changes once they receive amount from you.

One of the worst catering experiences I ever had was with Gnambika. They will deliver the food super late. I ordered for dinner at 7 pm they delivered at 8:15 pm, I ordered morning breakfast at 7 am they delivered at 7:45 am and I ordered lunch at 10 am they delivered at 12 pm. Also once the recive the amount their behaviour and responses tends to change. To avoid embarrasment before your friends and relatives please avoid this catering service.

Ordered for 250 tiffin for marriage 163 persons came in the morning and the caters closed and cool said all over.Further the lunch not provided properly.Talk nicely and say A to Z all done for the amount they sign and collect extra amount a lot.Vathiyar materials like paaligai, virathappan, etc not given. We took somewhat by chance and got the function well.Angumani products are not given fully.Workers in mandapam drunk and made mess on the day before marriage night.Thiratupal and welcome maala not given to groom family and not provided welcome mala to girl also. As we had mullaippo charam we made mala and welcomed them.Like this lot of things gone.Be alter before signing with them.Bakshanams are good that we have to say.But proper packing materials nit given in time oas stated by them

My daughters marriage was held in July,2020 for two days in the midst of corona pandemic. I had utilised services of Sree Gnanambika. The food was great and all arrangements like seer bakshanam, Angumani samans, Pooja items, flower decorations were very perfect and upto our expectaions. I will recomend this caterer.

I am happy to say that their service matched my expectations. The food was very all through 3 days of the marriage. Only improvement point I had is that, they should find solutions in a better way to ease the process to their customers. Example: It was good that they did not pack the batchanam in plastic bags , but was provided in a big box. How can we distribute them to our relatives. We found a solution together but could have done by them in advance.

I have had their food at other functions but they disappointed me by sending a sub contractor who was not up-to the mark. I would say they shd accept orders only if they can deliver. Not send sub contractor. Bad show.
