Refreshingly excellent experience at a non-luxury goods store!I came in to buy a bag. At checkout I casually mentioned that the zip-pullers on another wildcraft bag I bought had come off. The store manager immediately gave me replacement pullers free of cost, even though I didnt have the old backpack or bill with me at the store.
