Vasanth and co is always our go to place for electronics, this time the delivery was not managed properly by them. So 3 stars for the ullagaram branch . Initially I ordered samsung 32 inch TV along with other appliances. They didnt deliver it and only after I called , I was informed that it is put of stock. I waited for 8 days and was finally told it will take much more time. So I asked for refund and instead ordered a AC. This time they forgot to deliver the stabilizer and I had to go to shop again. Totally I visited the shop 6 times. Haier AC also did not work during installation itself

I had purchased a TV and an AC. The delivery of the TV was fine. Got the TV next day, no big deal. The problem is with the AC. During the purchase, I asked if they had the AC in stock, and they said they did. Two days later after lame excuses for late delivery, I got a call telling that they didnt happen to have that AC in stock, they had said that it would be delivered the next day. It wasnt. Another two days passed by. It was said that it would be delivered the next day even though it was just a 45 minute drive from the godown to my house. Pathetic service provided by them.

Date: 20/10/2020Called the above number no one answered.I have attached a few photos of the installation done by your people :1. Substanderd insulation and taping.2. Since no white cement applied out side squirrel/mouse has bitten the drain pipes.Very poor quality of work.I have spent almost rs 1800 through urban company and agin tomorrow for retaping of copper shown below and new drain pipe installation.Giving a phone number to call is not important some one must answer is it in the other side.Worst place ever to buy an AC or a matter of fact any appliance. They talk sweet only when selling the product and provide very cheap installation personal who take money from us.I am facing a water leakage problem when it rains and it seems the installation personal did not apply white cement during installation, when I contacted vasanth and co lukwworm respose was given. Better buy in giriyas or Shahs .

No basic customer rights and false salesIm sorry to share this, but I thought you should know about my bitter experience from Velachery Branch. I came to buy a wet grinder with options from popular brand and with higher budget. However, after so much of persuasion from your sales person on a specific brand I end up in buying it. When I reached home I heard a lot of negative feedbacks for that particular brand I bought and I also checked the review in internet and found it is one of the lowest rated brand. Within 24 hours I arrived to Velachery branch to replace with popular brand of higher price. Even I have not opened the sealing of the product. But your branch manager refused for exchange and was very impolite and behaved unprofessionally, which is just the opposite of what I expected in the form of customer service. I was outrightly told it is customers responsibility in buying the product and not just believe on what sales person says. His exact words Our sales person can tell anything good about the product to push the sales, it is customers responsibility to go home check for reviews and feedback and come back to buy.Now tell me, does that mean the customers should not trust Vasanth & Co and its sales person/manager. I had so much of reputation for Vasanth & Co, so I travelled 15 km to buy from Velachery despite a lot of show rooms around me.Is it not a basic rights for a customer to exchange the product if it not unsealed (not asking for refund, willing to buy an expensive product). Even a small kirana shop do exchange the product.

Totally Dissatisfied: Beware of Vasanth & Co Ulagaram branch and Samsung Fridge:I booked Fridge there which costs 28k. I got delivered the same day which make me feel good for fastest delivery. Next day itself Samsung executive came at my door step for installation. He started explaining about the specifications. Before purchasing the item, i read the model catalogue, reviews and specifications clearly later only i booked the item. At the time of demonstration, the freezer door was opened. Later only i realize door alarm unit is not working. I asked about the issue to samsung executive, he told the alarm unit is not comes in this model. I showed the user manual to him and said alarm system is mentioned in manual. He said that alarm unit will not comes in 272 litres model. I googled the model and shows the specification to him. He still rejects and says it will not come only LED display option is available. Then, i showed user reviews, then he asked me to wait and he called one of his senior executive through this phone. After cuts the call he still says that alarm unit is not come this model. I felt upset and called samsung customer service centre and told the model number. Service centre executive confirms the alarm unit function is active in this model. I asked him to hold a call for a minute and asked him to say the same to the installation executive. After that he agreed and said alarm unit is not working it seems like that. Before leaving my home, he said that he will inform the same to showroom and replace the fridge as soon as possible. After that i saw my fridge all the four side and saw the bent in bottom side. I expected a call from showroom and waited so long. But, i didnt get any call from showroom. After two days i made a call to the installation executive and asked for the replacement. He said i already informed the showroom and you will get a call from them soon like that. But, i didnt receive any call. Again i made a call to samsung customer service centre and asked the solution for this issue . They said sunday is holiday for them and asked me to wait till monday. The executive came on monday at my doorstep and checked the fridge. After that he removed the panel and checked. Then he said alarm unit is working and ask us to check. After that we check the same door alarm unit works. I was happy after that and thought the problem was solved. Again from the next day, it stops working. I am regretted for purchasing the samsung fridge and vasanth & Co. Because, till now i didnt receive any call from them. Totally dissatisfied.
