Lovely experience with the sales team. They kept their end of the bargain and delivered the bike on the promised date. This was actually a special occasion being my friends birthday and his wife moved mountains to get him the meteor 350 in red. Intially we were apprehensive whether the dealership could get the vehicle on the said date .Special appreciation to Ms.Gayatri who coordinated the process and came through for us. Keep up the great work

Giving one start as Google doesnt allow negative stars. Meanwhile in all the negative response someone from the dealership is copy pasting a message and giving a number to contact for sorting out all the issues which by itself is not reachable. Most unprofessional royal Enfield dealership in Chennai. Please dont book a motorcycle from these guys, you will definitely regret your decision if you do. Booked a motorcycle from these guys on May 1st 2021, at the time of booking the sales representative assured to deliver within 40 days, but still there is no update on when the bike will be delivered. They have been changing the tentative date of delivery for the past 3 months week after week. So please stay away from this dealership.Edit: I have still not received the vehicle. This is from my opinion the worst showroom in Chennai. All the staffs are totally irresponsible. Never book a vehicle from this showroom or you will start contemplating on whether you need a Royal Enfield in the first place or not like me.

Showroom ambience & salesperson hospitality was very nice. I was a walk-in customer, i was given a test ride with the model i preferred. I was fully convinced and booked the vehicle on the spot. They informed a waiting period of minimum 12 weeks but to my luck and the regular follow-up by the salesperson with the company helped me to get the vehicle delivered in 3 weeks. Kudos to the team (Melvin & Kaushik).

I took my Royal Enfield interceptor 650 at Velavan and the entire customer engagement was done by Mr Muhammad; A very professional team who sorted out all the problems and got me the delivery on time and completed the registration in a smooth way. The team is also very knowledgeable and they are able to provide advice on all aspects of the motorcycle

Received False promise in terms of delivery at the time of booking and I had lost trust on them. However, Ms. Gayathri, has brought a change in the showroom (transparency) and her positive approach of sticking to her commitment is much appreciated. She has gained the lost trust. Also, Executives Ms. Shafiya (good in handling customers), Mr. Dinesh (good in coordinating) and Mr. Kaushik (good in Explanation) were all very polite in handling the customers and they were very supportive. Keep up the gud work going. Wishing all 4 of them a great career. God bless all 4 of them. Proud to be the 1st customer of Meteor 350 Beige colour, in this branch.

I am very happy while taking my meteor 350 and really thankful to the sales person shafiya her job with passionate. Overall very good experience and I liked it very much and I had really smooth and very happy experience while buying my bike... Am very happy and satisfied with her team work ..am just book my bike in my home its self after that she take care and done the other formalities... RC book work ... Etc ...keep doing..But small worried when am taking delivery am 1st person taking delivery of meteor there is no photo like giving key like that but that time have some heavy rain and too late maybe thats reason I dont know ... Whatever customer support is good

My experience with my Meteor 350 is awesome, but when i need support from showroom (vechile Delivery, No plate/ RC) or service center I regret why I bought this vechile.For 1st servicing I gave my vechile in Srivelavan motors alapakam, reched showroom @8;30 as Scheduled, they promised that vechile will be Delivered @4:00pm, they least bother to update about vechile deliver status 5:30pm called SA😎, he told he will check and come back, @6:00pm, again called him, for my surprise he told vechile is ready but it will be delivered next day because cashier is not available, but they least bother to update customer about the status... My pathetic experience continues.. I feel many more milestones to come with these un professional guys 😎_----_------------------Very poor customer care, in fact no customer care at all. They behave as if it is u r need it is not required for us to sell. Pathetic experience I had in this showroom.. Never ever Visit this place or recommend to buy from this showroom.

7 year experience....worst service center in INDIAI have been servicing my classic 350 since i bought it from velevan motors in 2015..for first 4 years there was ok service as bike was new..last 3 years i serviced there 4 times and they have shown their true colors. They charged my for worm gear in 2018 june but the gear was nt working by jan 2019 coz they mever changed it, they charged my for wheel tuning 2times but could not tune the wheel properly.. this year in march 2021 they kept my vehicle for 3 days ..mainly for tNk cleaning, and carburettor cleaning..but eh issue is still there...THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE CENTER OF CHENNAI.

Received my Snow White Himalayan BS6 (Chiku) on 14-12-2020 from Sri Velavan Motors in Greams Road.The delivery was pathetic ! Wouldnt recommend anyone to visit their showroom.The invoice which was a xerox had many spelling mistakes (name, email id and pincode). The showroom guys couldnt explain the service intervals and he told me to read the manual.While taking delivery of the bike they hadnt installed the number plate and upon pointing it out, they installed it.Key handover was done on the road itself. No cake cutting / celebration from dealer side which i dearly expected since im getting a bike worth more than 2 lacs.I had to inquire about the features of the bike and asked them how to open the rear seat compartment, which they didnt mention in the 1st place.After taking the bike and going on my way to home i found that the right side mirror wasnt adjustable to my liking, so i took a U turn and reached the showroom, where they gave me a class on how not using mirror is what pro riders do. No wonder some people with Royal Enfield bikes are riding like maniacs nowadays.After explaining to them how not using a right side mirror could lead to accidents for nearly 3 minutes, they told me to come the next day and get it fixed.Dont know what other faults im going to find out soon.

Booked a classic 350 in March2021 . Then cancelled my booking due to personal reasons. Still havent got my refund. Account section havent even processed my refund. I have tried multiple times and now we are into lockdown.The worst thing is they dont Even cancelled my invoice and representatives are called and texting back to back for first service of bike that i havent received.. Purchased an Enfield classic from their show room.. they have given me a swift delivery.. but other than that the sales team is horrible.. there was absolutely no customer briefing during delivery.. on DOS and DONTS or maintenance.. Even for registration, they made me run from post to pillar.. no one generally picks phone..During the first service when I tried to take extended warranty, I discovered that even the sale was registered in some one elses name..Hope someone there sees this message..

Worst showroom they will make u to do booking the booking amount is 10000 in other showrooms but they its ok now u pay 1000 and pay rest later their intension is only money and make u pay it. For meteor on road price is 225000 on their showroom it is 232000 because they will ask u to take 4 and 5 th yr extended warranty.. and say dont believe make it your own app it will 225000 but we pay tax so it will extra money actually they are giving fake information

Very good coordination by sales person Ms. Saafiya. The usual wait time for Meteor 350 as said by other showrooms was around 3 to 4 months. But she managed to deliver the vehicle in 1 month considering my situation. Thanks a lot saafiya madam!!! I would highly recommend Sri Velavan Motors to any of my friends looking to buy a Royal Enfield bike. They serve a good hospitality to their customers and stick to their commitments. Keep it up!!!

I have given my Thunderbird 350 x bike to Sri velavan motors service centre on February 2020 for regular bike service. At that time, speedometer was not working properly and I made request for replacement the parts under warranty. They said me that new spare request has been raised due to lock down it will take time for delivery.On August 2020, i have given my bike for regular service and asking about speedometer issue. They informed to call after two days but theyre are not given proper reply. Ther serviced my bike very poorly and damaged my bike front indicator bulb. While asking about repairing of bulb, theyre informed that during water wash , bulb is fused. I came out of service centre immediately because of fear of any more repair will come if I give bike again.On next day I have called service centre for enquiring about spare cluster, they simply said that the person who took service has got relieved and they dont know about anything.Im very much disappointed that Royal enfield authenticated service centre has provided such kind of service or replies to the customers.

Worst experience today in Sri velan royal Enfield service center. The staff told he made water wash and chain lube and other things, but after I took the bullet out nothing was happened. When I asked him why you told lie,he pretending and blaming me. Service center charged me without doing chain lube and properly washed. It is very bad experience. Next time I will never seek this center.

I bought bullet 350cc 2 days before from this showroom.. while delivering the bike they havent cleaned it properly, tiers and engine was full of mud and moreover they have already used the bike till 42 kilometres. The delivery system wasnt proper it was very dull and without any enthusiasm.. it wasnt looking like new bike the appearance of the bike was just like a second hand bike.. worst experience 😒

But I have one disappointment with this show room my wife purchased bullet bike on August to give me surprise she herself went the show room and booked the bike at the time of booking they have promised that they fix bumper as a complementary but they didnt do it at the time of delivery after following up of two months later they informed us to pay for bumper the final statement of the sales executive is bumper will not come as complementary so we will give discounted rate for this why they have push two months once they promised they have fulfill other wise they shouldnt promise anything such as ... Highly disappointment ....

Had a worst experience today at this service centre. No adequate service managers available... For giving vehicle to service itself, I need to wait for nearly an hour in the morning... They extended delivery time more than a day, still many issues in bike got unsolved... They themselves admit shortage of manpower... The most worst thing of all is that, they cheat... During delivery, I noted speedometer not functioning, I noted that cable was cut .... They got the vehicle inside & said cable should be replaced... I paid that, then they told there is problem with the meter which should be replaced for nearly 1500 rupees. I got tensed and shouted to return back the vehicle in that condition itself... They returned the bike with a normally working speedometer... Previously I preferred because this centre was good with nice service managers, now got corrupted & target oriented... Be attentive and collect the old parts without fail, which most of us will not do...

My vehicle was delivered on March 2019, this is my experience after one year. All the time only once I had availed service from another dealer(which was great)Worst service station ever, had complained to RE, manager and CRM as well but nothing changed.1. You need to wait at service station 1 hour for someone to pick up your vehicle for service(10:00 AM)2. You will again have to wait one hour to pick up your vehicle after service3. They dont recommend test drive first, later when you raise a complaint they will suggest test drive before service delivery4. All issues reported were never solved5. They dont reset the service notification on your thunder bird even when you point it at the time of service.6. Suspension noise not controlled7. Nuts and bolts which contribute to vibration not checked8. Brake issues9. Buttons in speedometer were damaged and not working after last service10. Idling condition not stable, turns off11. Complained to CRM, promised to escalate and it has been almost a monthRE recommends service but if to you service in velavan motors then you will have to sell your vehicle in 2 yearsVerdict: Find a good local service person or find a good service station

Got charged for the exact same stuff i changed last time. Very subpar service. The service manager says he will call in 10 min but wont. Next day if I call, he wont pick up.Gonna try a different service center next time. Thanks for setting low standards. Wont be hard to beat elsewhere.
