Guys, this a guest house is rented by NTPC which belongs to the Central Government of Indias. Only the NTPC employees and their families are allowed to stay here. For the review purpose, it has a great staff who are very friendly and take care of their guests very well.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with excellent service rendered by ICH. Very calm and well managed facility for NTPC employees. Excellent location and easy access for all public transportation even metro

Excellent service from ICH people. It is located back side of nalli silks Anna nagar. Booking has to be done from intranet. Accommodation is nice. Outsiders are not allowed to stay. Guest house is often full and one needs to book months before . Inhabited by NTPCiians who come to Chennai for official and personal visitsDistance from airport is 14kms and will takeminimum 45 minutes to reach by car with lean traffic .
