Do not believe them, I have sent one laptop through them to Jamshedpur, they booked it for air and took ₹2800.00 but they sent it through Road. It took nearly 02 weeks to reach... really horrible experience... an eye opener for me... thought I should share it....

After receiving the parcel in chennai, they took 2 more days to deliver in and around chennai. Even live plants. Not happy with their service.

Prompt service, friendly staff and the prices arent so expensive. The staff helps with options and solutions to send different packages. The packages are also delivered quicker than other companies.But we have to make sure the packaging is done well for a rugged transport. The delivery agents may not be so careful about the material inside. Just let the staffs know the importance before booking.

Parcel is in destination place and cannot be delivered. They are not returning it too. Not attending calls. Same answers more than 3 weeks whenever they attend it. Never ever gonna use dtdc and especially from this branch.

The owner is a cheat....... I gave 5000 for my parcel and he booked my things from another courier giving me a fake receipt.........They got a profit of 2000 rupees. Dont make the mistake of using their services. DTDC may be good but not this particular one. Bluedart seems to be better comparatively.

Pathetic is the word..would have given below 1 star to this particular office if it was possible..dtdc did its job by delivering in time to this distribution point. They had the audacity to show it delivered even without trying to reach the individual. Had a tough time to trace the parcel. Their franchise rights should be withdrawn.

These guys dont come home or call you. They just update that the courier is delivered before attempting to deliver the package. We have to call and go to there office and get the package. Worst couriers to send the package.

Service is not upto mark, I send a package to Imphal by paying 350 with fastest service available and they said it will be deliver within 3 days, package was sent on 19 Dec and delivered on 8 of Jan.
