The coffee seeds are roasted in their main factory at Pallikarani and are supplied to this outlet on a weekly basis; consequently, the quality of the powder suffers - it is never fresh. Further, because the seeds are pre-roasted we cannot choose the degree to which the seeds are to be roasted. Unless the seeds are roasted and ground then and theres no way this outlet is going to become popular.
