Ok I WAS a fan of this place when they were serving coffee at some believable price. But now it comes to around 120 per cup of filter coffee which is making me wonder if Im at starbucks. The ambience has been re vamped. But it a bit congested to reach the far end of tables.Food 2/5Ambience 3/5Location 3/5Cost 1/5Service 3/5Overall 2/5Though there are several 3s I dont think this is a 3 place. I would not recommend this place for the price they charge

I appreciate on giving customers different style of coffee. I had kappi masala, which was good. But coffee wasn’t served hot. I checked with the staff later when I paid the bill, he said I should I have asked him and he would have re-heat my coffee 🤷🏻‍♀️ And most importantly, you could just place a board saying self-service instead of asked the customers (in a rude tone) who goes to sit down while they take the menu card with them. Educate your staff to be kind and polite to customers. Product and quality is second but the impression you give is first.

Giving a star, just for the ambience!! They cost competitively higher range coffee, yet the taste is not that great!!! If you simply wanna hang out with friends, you can take them and blindly waste your money on some 400₹ for a couple of bad coffee! If you have no other go, try madras filter coffee there and dont order nothing else! this itself will cost you ₹60 ! Another good thing is this is completely maintained by women employees! So hatsoff for the same! Now you guys van work on how to make good exotic coffees instead of working on the prices!!!

Have been to this coffee shop today. We enquired for 2 Coffee, but we felt the cost was bit pricey(Rs.240 for 2 coffee), we decided to cancel it, however the cashier had given a lame excuse that the bill is a computer generated he has to check with his boss. In a way this person was quite persistent in not cancelling the order and forced us to purchase, since we had seen the menu, actually we didnt know the coffee shop had one, if so we wouldnt have opted for this.Considering the occasion, we couldnt speak to him much, but gave a verbal feedback, its not the way to run the business.Cashier - Rude, Impatient and thoroughly unprofessionalCoffee- Costly, 4 times the cost of A2b/,Saravana bhavanDefinite example of how one should not run business. I would not recommend this shop, even to my enemy. Usually I am quite generous in writing feedbacks, but rarely write a negative one

Pathetic place. The coffee is not that great. The staff is extremely rude. There is no tomorrow to staff unprofessionalism. The coffee is quite expensive. Better go to Cafe Coffee day at Forum mall. I would give -5 if I could.Plus, the helpline they print on bill doesnt work. No concept of customer service especially when a basic filter coffee is 121/-.

The place is not clean, even the utensils in which they serve seems unhygienic. staff is not bothered to give you the bill at all.

Located at a corner opposite Max Hypermarket, near the entrance of the mall, this place offers a wide variety of coffee and some quick bites. Worth visiting with friends for some great coffee and chit chat.

Probably, the worst coffee shop in Chennai. They are fleecing customers by serving poor quality coffee at exorbitantly high price. Service quality is equally pathetic. Even the food court inside the Spar Hypermarket, barely 20 meters from this terrible place serves much better coffee at one tenth the cost.

Worst Staff. The staff literally asks you to leave immediately after finishing your coffee.. They charge 150 plus for a coffee. Better get a coffee at Spar or Cafe Coffee day.. Worst staff.

Theres hardly anyone there at any time ...This cofeee shop closed down once before and reopened a few months back.....still no luck....maybe the location in the mall is the problem...

I have always wondered why this place at forum mall remained empty and I found out today. Avoid this place at all cost. There are many more places in the mall for a sit down bite and coffee.To begin with the staff are extremely indifferent and sloppy. There was just one when we entered who refused to speak clearly for anything we asked. She was bordering on rude behaviour and way inefficient.Secondly half the things on the menu weren’t there. And the non availablity is communicated in the most rude manner like we were asking for free food. Our baby was throwing tantrums when we were about to leave and that’s the only reason we stayed.Thirdly the place is infested with mosquitoes. One wall is full of squished mosquitoes.Stay away. The place sucks big time. If it were up to me I would summarily have this shop vacated by these morons.

Horrible coffee and extremely overpriced for what they serve. Madras coffee shop is many times better.

South Indian filter coffee is terrible. The milk is too watery and the coffee totally lacked the authentic flavour.If you are after South Indian Filter coffee, head to the Food court in the top floor where you will find Madras Coffee House which serves much better coffee.

I m not interested to visit again to this place.. n suggest to not to visit..

Worst cultured employee and not worth for the money we spend.Uncultured employee and not worth for the price quoted for the coffee is not and the person who served was not pleasing. We could see the employee of Kalmane Coffee was fighting with a pregnant lady who was also holding a baby.Felt bad to see such instance today and we lost interest in visiting this place again.I would not recommend this place for family as the way the treated today is still in our memories and my kid happened to see this which is a shocking on how bad a person could treat a pregnant lady who was holding another kid.
