Called this store to enquire about a purchase of macbook air M1 512 GB and told him (one of the representatives in the store) that the discount offered online was better. He said there are couple of offers available (10K worth of free accessories and 3K flat discount on Apple care plus) in addition to the student discount which my brother was eligible for (Was purchasing the Mac for my brother ). So net he said the total amount would be 126K and said 10K worth of free accessories on top of that and hence its better than the online price and asked me to come to store.. After I went to the store he said sorry there was some miscommunication and hence the 10K worth of free accessories discount is not applicable. I said ok and asked me to bill the laptop without that offer, which ideally should have been 126K and then he informed that there is some calculation error and hence the final price is 130K. Extremely shocked to see such naive mistakes from a reputed store.. Not sure how everything that they had communicated via phone call was wrong and how they were able to commit to something without confirming. Huge disappointment and frustrating to know that I had to waste an hour of time due to some random, unconfirmed prices and discounts that the store had communicated over phone.

They are bent on selling new products, visited the store for an enquiry on iphone 8s battery. The response we received was very rude and not welcoming, we left the store immediately and we dont intend to come back nor recommend any customers.
