No display of donuts, dur to pandemic. You can order and get them quite fast

Its a special food place for me and my child. And my doughtier ask me those girls who serve food they have physical problem and i also see then ask the manage about that and he informed all food they made and also they serve here.Then me and my little daughter request (want to speak) to speak with the owner and she give lot of information about the shop and willingly we donate some amount them and take some picture.Mam, I respect you for support those girls who never get the job in the society.Thanks.

The house is nice not only dounut they are serving many different food items plus the costumer service is nice

One of the best places in Chennai to grab some great donuts, Donut House has a huge array of donuts you can pick from. The ring donuts and the filled ones are both equally good choices. They also have fries, tea and coffee to go with your donuts. Great ambience and really good service, the food is well priced and is a great place to stop by.

Buying donut from this branch was really a worst experience we could ever faced. Due to Covid they had only take away option. Disappointed to see the alien and triple chocolate donut . No proper filling, bun was hard to bite

Ordered a white sauce pasta and an Oreo milkshake, and it was such a disappointing experience. The taste of the Oreo milkshake, especially, was mortifying. It felt like they had just mixed chocolate syrup in water. And the packaging of the milkshake? Pathetic. It came in an aluminium cover, packed in a box. Pasta was okayish. Nothing great about it. I remember having doughnuts at this place back in 2012/2013. It used to be amazing.But this place no longer has good doughnuts. It officially sucks. The cream and chocolate is all melted. The bread has no integrity. The chocolate is just melted. It looks horrifying and unappitizing.This doughnut house officially sucks!

I really liked it,it was not oily,it was not Indian version of 🍩,fresh yummy,but price a bit higher.. otherwise everything was good about it

The attitude of the desk manager wasn’t welcoming, although the restaurant was empty. They didn’t have courtesy to switch on the fan in the peak hours of summer, and instead asked us to switch it on after insisting. Plus the hygiene was zero while talking to us he kept scratching his head as well as balls.

Terrible Experience. The Donuts seems to be dry as well as hard. Not great ambience inside. Not worthy Enough. The shop had a large varieties of Donut on menu card and one needs to have a careful selection indeed.Have good scope for improvement in all aspects.

This used to be my favourite place to have donut.They have destroyed everything that was good.They used to serve freshly made donuts now its not like b4.Donut made in bulk kept in fridge and then heated in microwave.Even filling in donuts are not good.Most of the dishes are not available.The only thing available is ones made with dark, milk chocolate. You ask them coffee, strawberry, custard and other prm donuts it will be not available.Theres just 1 guy in store who makes them and microwave them.And they dont even have bag for take away, the guy tells govt banned it so they dont give and tells to buy from a store nearby. Their Quiches are the best. Both Veg pie and Chicken Pie are yummy. They also provide a variety of items at a very affordable price. Im not a great fan of their pastries but they rule with their innovative cheesy little snacks.

Ordered a box of 6 assorted donuts, and the quality of the donuts was pathetic. They were not fresh, were old and reheated. They felt dry to taste. What was probably done was that the staff have reheated old donuts, and applied fresh toppings and have sold them. I had specifically asked if the donuts were fresh and they replied in affirmative. Shall never visit again. Better to go to a donut shop where it is made in front of you, so that the freshness is assured.

Ordered a six pack in swiggy, regretted badly. Each and every one of them was stale, dry and tasteless. They’re worst than stale buns out there. The worst I’ve ever had. Waste of money.

Use to be a very good hang out with Yummy Donut and sandwiches. But its lost now.. but still can find very good juicy Donuts and Fizz. Trying to improve on their services.

Tables & chairs were dirty and flies all over. When asked to clean, their faces were turned blue as if a task was given to them to do the needful to keep their own place clean. Donuts tasted fine but not up to the mark.

It was my first visit and its wasnt the best impression....workers not wearing gloves or hear gear. Carrying the food stuff with bare hands....very unhygienic esp during this pandemic they need to be even more careful and clean....

Previous owners of donut house have left the space some other person the quality of donut are not good and the cooking place very bad and un hygienic better go to writers cafe just opposite... pls avoid this place

One of the worst donuts. I Order 55 donuts. They have all old and dry donuts. Not worth for the money I paid. When I complained they did not respond well. They didnt didnt provide Bill, they asked for delivery charges. Also the donut was delivered after 2 hours. They collect all the left over donuts and have it to us. Its my 3rd worst experience from donut house

They have collaborated with Bakers Spring now too! So Definitely a great spot to hangout and Prices are very Moderate! So yes, Pocket Friendly. :D

Had Alien & Butterscotch.. Alien is all time favorite. Butterscotch was not that good.

A very good place to have donuts. The range and quality is exquisite. Adding to it the service of the staff which is splendid. The donuts are so soft and delicious. The place is very calm and elegant. A nice place to have donuts. I seriously recommend.

Good donuts.... However they were not fresh. Just warmed and then the topping was placed. This place used to be five star.

Usually it has the best donuts.Went on a day where there had just been a power cut and the alien donut looked just like an alien with random weird symbols on top and not enough chocolate syrup inside.The double chocolate had just the single amount of chocolate.The store manager warmed of cold donuts, but this was truly disheartening.

Worst experience. The entire charm of eating a donut is lost. The donut base is frozen and made when order is placed. The waiters is the cook as well who has no clue on how to finish a donut.

Horrible! On two occasions, I ordered delivery from them and they delivered an assortment of old, hard and outdated donuts that was totally unacceptable. I couldnt eat them at all, it was that bad.It was particularly from this outlet, so customers beware. If this persists, someone should do something about it. Maybe even close the outlet down and the staff investigated for this unethical and unprofessional practices. (i.e. pushing old products to delivery customers, over extending products shelf life etc).
