So happily binged on multiple rolls.They offer variety of cinnamon roll options. Caramel & apple were my favourite.Sandwiches, choco drinks & coffee are a good add on.Good place to hangout with friends or family.Or great place to simply sit by yourself as a workstation or lost in your thoughts.Location is a good.Parking is mostly always available.Their goodies available thru v swiggy & Zomato too

Cinnamon house is one of my favorite place, it has the YUMMIEST Donuts everrr!!! All the Sandwiches are yummyyy, I have tried mushroom sandwich and spinach and corn sandwich! The taste is the besttttt! They provide combos for really reasonable, if you like donuts, please visit here!!!!!!!!!!!!

A great place to hangout. Impressive and affordable dessert, hot and cold drink options.Really helpful and supporting staff members. Had a great time over there.The combo options they have is so good. For INR 135, youll get a hot drink + one of the cinnamon rolls.The cinnamons are really tasty, and a must try. Cinnamon House is known for making good cinnamon rolls but I find their donuts taste way better than their cinnamon rolls.Especially their UFO, Double milk and black&white donuts were top notch. Its centre was filled with dark chocolate & milk chocolate, So you can expect the donuts to explode when u cut them. The other 3 donuts I choose was also pretty good with lots of toppings.If u ever gonna visit here, never miss out their signature Wow hot chocolate. It took time to serve and costs 250₹ but worth the time and money. Served hot with lots of chocolate stuffs on top and made myself good in this cold climate. (highly recommended)Cinnamon rolls tasted over sweet. Maybe its because I had Donuts before the rolls and all of them were sweet. But all of my friends too felt the same over sweet in the rolls. I had thegatified feel as it was very sweet. Isnt it ironic that they make awesome Donuts than cinnamon rolls? I visited this place on a Thursday evening evening. This place has well lit interiors. I ordered their sandwich combo ( Paneer sandwich, Caramel cinnamon roll and a small cafe frappe) which was priced at ₹195. The prices were reasonable. Food tasted great. They have decent parking space. Only downside was that they kept receiving many online delivery orders and so my order was bit delayed, no other issues. Staff were courteous. All in all a place with delicious food.

Their tower cake and red velvet jar has out of the world taste. Cookie dough was moist. Their hot chocolate with milk din please as much as their chocolate milk shake did . Roasted almond donut and double white chocolate donut was delicious . Their desserts and drinks were good but their sandwich variety did not satisfy or match upto their desserts.

Undoubtedly the perfect place to get some cinnamon rolls in Chennai. This place is located on college road, Nungambakkam. Easy to find when driving. The dark hot chocolate is something you cant miss on. Blueberry cheesecake is good too, but the price is a little on the higher side. Overall, a good place to spend some leisure time with friends and family while haning some delectable dishes!

One of my favourite dessert places in Chennai. Cinnamon rolls are rare in Chennai, and this place serves really beautiful and different flavours of cinnamon rolls, donuts, tarts, and cakes. Definitely worth a visit, and the staff also are very prompt and understanding. Kudos👌

The rolls are really amazing, try the doughnuts every flavours of the doughnuts are really amazing and hot chocolate is must try.I would recommend everyone to try this place and ambience is really good and price is reasonable.

Great Place. They have a fantastic variety of cinnamon rolls and donuts and can be compared with the international brand cinnabon. Been there this week and ordered two boxes of assorted rolls and donuts and we absolutely loved them. Staff are also very courteous and professional. Ms Tina assisted me with selecting a great variety. Wish them all the best. A must visit for those of you who crave donuts and cinnamon rolls. They also have sandwiches and shakes amongst other things. We will deff visit again.

Good service but not an authentic cinnamon roll.It was too doughy. A cinnamon roll needs to be slightly crispy on the outside and steamy on the inside. The size was also an issue, it needs to be bigger.

Nice,clean and vibrant. The Cinnamon rolls are yummy. The classic cinnamon roll is my favorite. The cream cheese also is yummy. They have some donuts and other desserts which are fresh and tasty. Over all a place I will visit again. And entirely vegetarian.

The Bavarian custard doughnut in here is to drool for.Especially the UFO, triple chocolate are to die for .The cinnamon bun is also amazing . All time favourite place to go for a donut.

While they have a large collection of donuts, they felt doughy and not fully baked. A good donut is characterised by its lightness. A heavy donut almost feels like a bagel. Will have to visit a couple of times to really check if its a one off instance or just how the donuts feel here. For the record I bought 4 different donuts and all felt similar in texture. One other thing that felt off - there was a small flying insect sitting on one of the donuts on display. Thats not acceptable

Its tge best place for cinnamon rolls. Do try their banana pudding its too yum to miss. Would be nice if they have savories also.

Earlier in this location was irezumi tattoo where I had gotten my tattoo done years back. It felt bitter sweet. However the doughnut and the Caramel cinnamon roll make up for nostalgia. Will definitely be back again. The chocolate frappe drink was good too. The milk doughnut is a definite winner.

Cupcakes, Donuts, Cinnamon Rolls and a whole range of delicious desserts from @cinnamonhouseindiaWithout being partial, I can personally vouch the donuts from this place as the best Ive ever eaten. Yes theres Krispy Kreme or Dublin Donuts, but the donuts here in Cinnamon House are easily the best and no heavy sugar coating on top.Pro Tip : Ask for the Alien Donut, the classic Cinnamon Roll and the Red Velvet Cupcake. Went with my family on a Sunday afternoon. Less crowded. Ambience was good. Friendly and courteous approach by the staff. Liked it. We went there to have cappacino or different variety of Tea but found huge range of Doughnuts luring and starring at us. Ultimately purchased 3 x12 and1x6 and also took cinnamon cake. Taste was good. Nice experience and change from routine

Cinnamon House is located quite near Good Shepherd School on College Road and they have ample parking in front. They serve Cinnamon Rolls, Doughnuts, some Milk Shakes and range of Specialty Teas.They are also planning to come up with a range of savoury doughnuts and sandwiches too.My eyes went straight to the array of doughnuts and I selected Paan with White Chocolate,UFO which is  with Dark Chocolate filled with Milk Chocolate Flakes and White Chocolate web. The description itself would be enough to salivate ones taste buds and it didnt disappoint. It was so soft and creamy and the chocolate just oozed out. Truly a spectacular dish. Couldnt resist the Tiramisu, being a coffee lover and this proved to be good too.Also tried a couple of Cinnamon Rolls - Blueberry with lemon glaze and a Caramel one. I preferred the latter because I loved the crunch the bits of caramel in the bun.Washed it all down with a Delicious Vanilla Milk Shake.

Not what I had expected, thought it would be in the lines of the Cinnabon which we have been having abroad but it can come a few notch up to taste better. A lot more varities of Cinnabon too can be offered in terms of toppings.

I had sandwich combo. It was different but I loved chocolate milk shake it was the best in combo and cinammon roll it was too sweet I didnt like it. Anyhow people who love to eat too sweet means go for it.

Tried the chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream, blueberry cinnamon roll and hot chocolate, out of these, chocolate tart was average, blueberry cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were pretty good.

Really nice place. Good cinnamon rolls, sandwiches and good cold coffee and hot chocolate. Parking could be a problem though. Right on College road, Nungambakkam.

Handsdown best Cinnamon Rolls at reasonable prices in Chennai ! Dont forget to try the doughnuts as well. They have so many varieties to try out. We had the white marble one which was too good as I am a white chocolate fan. The ambience is very calm and pleasant for a nice mini catch up place with friends. Being one of the ardent fans of Cinnabon, was looking out for an alternative in Chennai. Cinnamon house showed up while googling and decided to check it out.It is conveniently located and parking for a short term is fine. The shop decor is very nice. You can see the bakers at work and the place is immaculately clean. They sell only eggless varieties here which suited us. We ordered the pack of 4 and tried 4 different flavors; Classic, Caramel, Cream & Blueberry. All were pretty good with Cream and Caramel being outstanding.They requested genuine feedback during the checkout which was something conveyed to them by me. Don’t want to post it here as it is a question of personal opinion.Wishing the team good luck.

Very worst... Panner was very very old, on upfront it was identifiable (His daring thing is much appreciated - he knows that panner is very old and still served) .... Hot chocolate was very thin... Watery.... Not up to even basic standard.
