Shop place was too good and there ppl was doing perfect and caring I love that shop very much good place and good atmosphere in besant nagar area

Used to be a very good place to hangout, now its just sad to see the condition of this place. Torn up seats in the lounge, air conditioner blowing out warm air, parking lot doesnt have any light at all. The Americano brew was just plain out muddy and definitely not worth the price listed. The barista didnt even bother to walk up to us and take the order. Hope they improve.

Ni place and very silent area then i will dissociation with my friends three hours but managements was no question. So i loved in this place and cold coffee is fantastic thank you guys.

Food and Ambiance were great. But in this digital era, neither of the cash less payment options works there and they expect everyone to carry cash for making payments.Might rethink visiting this place next time.

This coffee day is situated in a serene environment. Ample parking space. Not crowded so can relax with Friends. Food is decent. Some repair work is going on now. So had AC problem. Hope that would be sorted out soon.

Good place located nearby besant nagar beach. The best thing about the place is that the parking which the have. They have both air condition place and outside lobby for those who prefer smoking. The ambience and staffs are good. Nice place to hangout with friends.

Most of the items on the menu are unavailable and you are left to taste what they give. This is the case with most of the CCD outlets. This place suits you only If you want to kill time, need an air conditioned place to rest or to keep away from the eyes of known people when you are with BF/GF.

This is by far one of the standalone CCDs Ive liked. The parking is good & it sits right before the Besant Nagar Beach entrance & so its either not busy or its completely packed.Had a good experience at this CCD

The maintenance and air-conditioning of the place was quite poor. Not what it used to be. Quite disappointed.

Great location but service aint that great. Have to wait for a lo..ng time usually. Despite having so much space they always push you to park ypur car way behind so people can smoke there and fill the whole place with smoke!

Good coffee, and the service is very much improved!My one complaint is they removed the siphon coffee from the menu, but when I asked about it, they said they could make me a siphon coffee! Talk about great service!

Ridiculously expensive, stepped in by mistake, wont go there again. Mini Podi idli I saw in the counter for 120 Rs was a joke - 10 or 12 idli each approx 5ml in size :)

Such a poor experience. Pizza wasnt cooked properly, my partners food arrived 20 minutes after id finished mine and only after i had to tell the 5 waiting staff who were playing on their phones to sort it out. Abysmal service. Will not go to a cafe coffee day again.

Maybe coffee from this place is great. All those burgers and pizzas are awful and Id never recommend you to get anything except coffee

The lone fly over the table, the army of mosquitoes under the table, the repeatedly miscalculated bill, the air-conditioning thats always a couple of degrees higher than it should be, the absence of decent coffee (in chennai) - take your pick as to which of the above is the most annoying.

Server didnt understand my questions even though I spoke in Tamil. I ordered for something, got something else. All in all it was a poor experience.
