The staffs in this office provides the best hospitality to the visitors....but especially the security guards are working very hard and they are very polite and genuine to the visitors.

Excellent service. Done in a jiffy. Kacheri Road service centre. SET top box repaired in minutes and returned free of charge.But the local cable operators are useless. Utter disregard to customers needs. They treat you like scum and think that they are doing us a favour by having us as customers. Must be sensitised by SCV, otherwise their days are numbered.

Very worst service. Only 10 channels are being displayed properly. Both the Local cable Operator and SCV officials blame each other and perfect solution is given to the problem. Also,SCV is such a thief. They dont do justice to the job and the salary they get. -_-Didnt Expect this from these people.

Most of the days SCV relay is not working.But they are charging rs 270 per month from me. I am from vellore.Not good network.

Very very bad , their operators give receipt and collect money from us but do not pay to scv, and scv complaint cell says they can recieve subscription only via operators, this is truly a case of cheating the subscriber ,i strongly recommend not to go in for scv
