We are a regular to this store. We bought a TV stand, and computer table this time. Staff was friendly and cordial. Delivery was also prompt.4 star only because of the offers they had in store - when we called and enquired, they mentioned an exchange offer plan. When we went to the store the following day, there was no exchange offered.

The delivery of the goods that they had on hand were reasonably prompt and that furniture that they had to make and send was also done within reasonable time. I requested m/s Nirmala to send a technician to my house to dismantle and assemble two cupboards. She informed the charges which I paid. Mr Jag dish and Mr John came the next morning . They started the work and dismantled and brought it down to another room and assembled perfectly. Buy from woodpecker if you want to repent - see for yourself, just like their shops, everything looks brilliant on the outside - however after 6 months of use and the things start falling apart - peep inside, look at the nails directly jutting out of the wood, broken pieces of low quality wood nailed together - fabric is stapled together so that it somehow stays intactSo yes theres Customer Service, so I called and i said things are rusting and breaking in the bed and the sofa - i was told sir please pay Rs 800 for person to come and check - any work or material reqd will be charged extra!! they dont have an iota of shame on selling rotten furniture and charge for fixing the same.

Service was really good, they were quick and outstanding effort .. thank you so much store manager of Besant nagar. But the product warranty period ended, the cot did not withstand even for a 1 and half year. Last Feb bought the product and the wood came off as pieces.. last 6 month did not even used it and they told its because of water which is not at all acceptable.. 40k worth wooden cot will affect with half litre of water means then the product is not recommended and would suggest to buy solid wood in future

I would not even give 1 star to this brand, their service and their products. I bought mattress and bed from them.. during the purchase they demoed and explained that the bed will come with 2 side tables. after the purchase.. and few days later what i received was a damaged, old and dusted mattress and the bed was delivered with only 1 side table. when i questioned the delivery guys , they said they were not aware of the order. so I tried contacting the person who attended my purchase , the response from him was too ignorant and irresponsible saying there was no such side tables with bed.. And when I asked about the damaged and untidy mattress which was already damaged before delivering ..he said it mite have got damaged while delivering so they are not responsible for it and they wont change or take it back. I tried my best to fight against this and almost visited their outlets many no of times seeking to get the proper products and service I paid for but at the end I was the loser. They did not neither change my mattress nor they gave me the other side table.Worst .. please dont choose this
