These people are fraudsters. My house work was delayed and still incomplete almost 9 months from the agreed date of handover despite paying all payments on time and the work was not upto the quality or design given by me. Had to hire another person to fix it. I had to rent another house for a year because of the delay and substandard work done by them.I thought i was the only person to get affected and later came to know that there are more than 15 people in my apartment complex who were affected by these fraudsters. Not even one work in my apartment complex was finished on time or in good quality.People who got their work completed after much delay and running behind these guys, are regretting it because of the quality of work.So anyone whose going to these people beware. You will regret it later

I’m writing this with extreme frustration after a Very very pathetic service that I have received. We booked Venus kitchen to complete the typical interior works for our new 2bhk at Mambakkam. They collected an advance of 25k rS. After that months passed by with no signs of any work being completed and when we asked them,they(Vimalan, from their team) told that they will just complete it soon with no proper deadline given. When we enquired with other apartments in our community, We came to know that Venus has been booked by plenty of other apartments in the community too and had the same complaint as of us too. And after a point of time, we requested them to pay back our advance, so that we book some other promising interior concerns but they denied with a reason that they have no refund policy and then agreed to complete a work for that 25 k rs advance. A shoe rack and a television set interior is what was done by them for that cost. The quality of work is done is simply waste and is not of the colour which we asked as well. Mica at few places are left out and few shelf component of the TV set are just hanging and is sure to fall even if a minor decor is placed on top of it. We left a complaint on last August and was told that it will be re-worked again with no deadline given. Days passed with no updates and when we checked we are told that workers have left for Vinayaka Chaturthi holidays and later they told that the missing mica parts are not available and later they told that workers have left for Ayudha Pooja holidays etc etc.... the contacts which we received from the concern have also stopped attending any calls from us despite we have not scolded them harshly for what all we experienced till date....we have now asked other interior work team to do a patch up work for the left out things,which had definitely costed us more.....I’m sure, the team once seeing this will say that “I have checked your records and we could not find any contracts made at your name”If so, I’m one of the owners in SBIOACC unity enclave , Mambakkam. kindly check the list of complaints you might have received and you will definitely find ours as one of them in Hblock of the community.========================Glad to see response at Least now. I think you need to re-read my comments again.Vimalan from your firm had agreed to do the TV set/shoe rack work only at the colour of the main door which is dark brown and whereas,the colour which we got is light,definetely far contrast to what was agreed.It’s not complete even ,with few side frames of it missed out.living in our own house with interior works of our favourite choice and colour is what everyone loves to. In contrast to it, now we got to adjust living with what we got. In that way, I think we were already fair.Getting the Missed out frames and paying other company interior work personnel’s to complete what you had left over is a toughest job even and we had done that too. In that way, we had been even more fair with you people.

Cheaters.... got our advance and not picking our call...i vl never leave this ..I have the advance paid receipt with me ..Will raise a police complaint against them ...worst company... worst people... lets see... I will NVR leave this wit Out getting my advance or wrk back.
