While enters to the showroom sales people welcomes you very well, once you mention whats your requirements then they will change their attitude and they will not consider you..... People over there if you buy big appliances they will treat you well. Example TV, washing machine, Refrigerator etc since sales people will get good allowance if you go for small appliances then they treat you like dog... I personally felt it. I went over there to buy pedestal fan but they have only 2 or 3 fan collections and I was not happy with models and price... I finally bought the fan in mercy electronic I got it 500 to 700rs cheaper when it compare to big big showroom like vasanth Co, viveks etc

Worst experience facing now. Thought they were good. But after 4 days of purchase till now no one came for installation. No response from the shop too.

Delivery van(Tata Ace) driver asks more amount for delivery.I have stay near the showroom.I brought fridge and tv. I discussed the delivery amount with Vasanth and co showroom, they told reasonable amount .But the driver told, more than that. Iam very much disappointed ☹️

Had a worst experience. I ordered on 31st Mar 2021 and get the product by 7th Apr2021. That too after lot of follow up and went to shop directly to ask for delivery.. Pl dont call any of the no added in photo, no one pick up, even they pickup they say like 5min will call you back. Never you get reply. Very rude delivery driver.. They delivery the product around 9.30pm. I will share my installation experience once done. I dont know how many days I could wait.. 😞

Shop looks big by the way prices too. They tell you one rate firstly. And if they feel like you have a second option they themselves come up with a final prize which is lower than what they quoted first which is still higher when compared to other e-commerce sites and showrooms. Very bad strategy. Parking available. Amenities are good. Kitchenwares are priced normally. Never plan for big household items like Tv, AC, fridge and WM.

Bought Sony 65 inch LED tv with bundled wireless headset on last diwali offer with bill clearly mentioning the wireless headset. Despite repeated calls to them and visiting their Porur branch for past 45 days, they didnt give the wireless headset by saying they are yet recieve from Sony. Not sure if their staff took it or its part of their business strategy, but due to this we wasted our time a lot.UPDATE (30/12/2020): Probably after this review and sending details to contact given in reply recieved the headset but wasted lot of time in continuously contacting their customer care and store staff for the same, which i hope they will solve in future.

I had gone to vasanth & co.Porur branch about a fortnight back.I was looking for front load washing machine.I was given a warm welcome and assigned to the staff concerned. He was very good in explaining things, but concentrating more on Samsung products. He was literally forcing me to go for that brand.Though I believe it is also a nice machine, I have decided to go Bosche,due to reviews an relatives recommendations.After choosing a model,the salesman was a bit dull and there was bargaining for that model,some freebies included and settled for the model and according our purse. Huge diff.between online price and showroom price,say a few thousands more in showroom, but we can actually see and test the model,we are going to buy.Nice experience,your bargaining may save you!

Bigger showroom with less space for car parking. Bought few electronic house hold items like TV and Fridge. They have all kind of electrical and electronics items. For each brand, they have identified representatives. They are only boasting about their product and does not provide collective comparison of items. We need to have prior knowledge about the items we are buying before going to the shop

Ordered Preethi Zodiac through phone. Product images were shared via whatsapp images and also mixer grinder delivered at no delivery cost. Saved more than current ecommerce price.

Worst shop . If we go there no one will come and attend us. If we want any appliances we have to search that and go to the bill counter to ask the price.

Good customer service.. parking will be a problem if we come in car. As the parking space for car is very minimum.. there will always be heavy traffic outside the shop.

All are very old stocks, around 2 years old stock tvs only they are having. Do not have all models and no much varieties. But this is one of the good shop than nearby shops.

Staff can be good response but if u buying a product in EMI.Bank person approaching is waste. They cant proper response to the customer.They can respect only ready cash customer.

First I gave a 5star rating for the shop but I regret doing so. It has been more than one week since ordering my fridge and its not delivered still. The person who is incharge(salesperson from shop) for the purchase doesnt pick my calls , on calling the showroom they arent aware about the order and were rude saying you didnt pay for you order(we made 500rs in advance as told by the incharge) and said we cannot deliver until you pay the amount. Later incharge himself called me and said, your new fridge got damaged due to mishandling in our shop, either you can order a different model or you may have to wait for 4-5days more for the same model . If you dont have a model why do you have to take the order in first place ? Said that it will be delivered within 3 days from ordering its still not delivered(10days from ordering). Incharge said hell call me in 10min becoz he was driving, I called him after a hr and he didn pick my call , its been a day still he hasnt called me yet , I wonder if hes on a vacation for driving so long 🤷🏽

Having product of all brands

I bought a LG automatic washing machine last monday(21st sep). N it got delivered d same day for which Delivery people demanded some amount. When service engineer came for d demo next day for installation, he found a dent on d front part n he raised a complaint imm. D mistake is on delivery people, so v went to d store n enquired. D delivery manager n d LG incharge person assured that de will deliver d next day without fail. But Its been more than a week n v ve not received a replacement. Whenever i call them de keep giving excuses that it now is in d hands of LG company. Its totally ludicrous that even after making d payment, v r still waiting for d replacement. No kinda of communication or update from Vasanth n co. I made a huge mistake for choosing this vendor. Irritating n Pathetic.
