I used to buy items from here regularly. Right from Golu stand to cot. Value for every penny you spend. Dont expect much fanfare. They use so much cost cutting measures that may annoy you. I dont know how to give negative rating for a place otherwise I would have given -ve 5 for this shop. These people are ridiculous and all the furniture are made by local carpenters or technician and the quality is too cheap. They will present you like anything but after delivery of your furniture. you will feel that you got cheated. Post that they will never ever listen to you also. I bought a cot for my guest room & they delivered it on the same day. Look wise it was very nice and costly but when I used it for the first time I saw that it is getting bend.I complained about the same about 8 time.. I went to the shop I met the manager but all these were of no use. They dont even bother about you. I will never suggest anybody to buy a single thing from this store.

I went there once. They have several categories of utensils & home furniture. In fact, they may have at least 1 piece of everything out there. But, too small space for so many products. No lifts (at least when I visited). No parking space. If you are near by or bus commuter, then its for you. I would prefer Santosh Stores at Annaanagar.

Worst customer service.Very Good care given until the BILL paid.I Booked an metal cupboard paying the full amount as per the store instruction. While booking, the informations for delivery were given precisely after paying the extra delivery charges too ie;1, The house at first floor.2, To send enough manpower while delivery.3, Delivery date and time to be informed early.But there was no information from the SUBHA STORES later. After the promised delivery date I called up the store for follow up and the response was really pathetic. I took permission and reached home to attend dem.Only 2 persons wer send for the delivery. The delivery person told they cant carry it upstairs and tat information was not provided to them by SUBHA STORES at all. I had to indulge in argument with dem and they finally accepted to carry if i can help dem and dey took a word from me tat dey are not responsible if the glasses are broken. After myself agreeing with the same dey come forward.While carrying the heavy cupboard upstairs it was damaged all around but i had no other go other than undergoing the situation. And finally dey wanted me to pay them for carrying upstairs for which i have already paid at the SUBHA STORES. I have purchased on split AC Voltas 123 VEZL Inverter model from Subhastores, Padi vide Proforma No.134 dated 29.05.2018 they promised me to deliver same day without any delivery charge and installation charges. But delivery of AC done on 30.05.2018 at 11.00 am but Voltas engineer who called me and asked for Rs.600/- as installation charges I have contacted one Mr. Bala Murugan as well as Mr. Nagraj who is sales incharge who said that I have to pay Rs.600/- as installation charges they are not bother about the customer.

Very Bad and they do not bother to revert back even repeated complaints. I have purchased few items from them from Pallikarni on 17th November 2013 and i have been delivered part of it and there were 2 chairs pending since then. I have repeatedly called all their nos. and no one seems to bother about the calls and keep giving commitments that it will be delivered the next day. The next day doesnt seem to come and i have called again to get another promise that it will be delivered the next day and the same story repeats and my order is still pending after more than 2 months. Today i call their main store no. and the person who picked up the phone could not speak English and insisted on speaking in Tamil. I asked him and he gives me another no. which continues to be busy after repeated calls from me.

Bought a cot , mattress,dining table,chairs on 4th September,2016.bill no 8779.Promised delivery on 6th September.After making lots of phone calls,delivered on 08/09/2016.Now the person to assemble the cot has not come till now.After repeated calls today , promised to send today.Please improve delivery service.After a delay the person came and assembled the cot on11 th.When the mattress was put on cot and tried to sit on cot ,there was a sound and to our dismay,we found the centre supporting wooden log broken into two.Such poor quality wood was used.Immediately we reported the matter ,and till date no one has come to replace the broken cot,inspite of so many calls by us.
