Getting more back neck and head pain even 10 min not able to sit on the sofa. I have reported to the showroom and their technician came and inspected and agreed on the problem. They said Inform to the top official,. after that there is no response from them I sent a few e-mails , but there is no reply till now . totally unsatisfied, I do not know further what to do .
