I went to more than 10 sofa showrooms around Chennai finally I found out Seating world. Mr. Haresh assisted me there. His hospitality and patience gave me the confidence to buy a sofa there. I took references from many models and explained it to Mr. Haresh, without any hesitation he listened carefully and gave assurance that the customisation will be done. The factory team also worked very well in making the sofa. Finally got the Chesterfield sofa and wingback chair that I have ordered which has come out beautiful. Had bad experience with my purchase. Very late delivery. Not promising quality and lack in response. My furniture was not installed properly and sent in a hurry despite after 10 days.. very expensive for the product and the quality they gave. After purchase also lack of respond.
