Orbix designs and COOKSCAPE BEING THE SAME..!They say they are the best in quality. Mr. Vishwanath, I kindly request you to visit my property and see the alignments of the wardrobes and the quality of work. Not good at all.They promised completion of work by 60day (delivery and installation) but took about 90days.Faced issues right from Design stage (Mrs. Mathi), production Incharge (Mrs. Ramya and Mrs. Parvathi), to delivery. I don’t know where Mr. vishwanath came in but he was never helpful.Neither they were punctual nor a great work (atleast in my case).

I completely agree with Jayesh Rathod’s feedback about these guys. He has spoken my mind. I am on the same boat.Unorganized, sloppy work, multiple people interacting with us and still not a single person has a clue about our Project. Trying to interact with them out of the country has been a nightmare. My parents who are Senior Citizens have been given a real hard time.We went to India spent almost four days with them confirming the designs. A quote was provided we were fine with it and we paid the booking advance. When we’ were sent the final designs the quote suddenly went up. When questioned we were told it was an error on the Designer’s part and that she gave us a wrong quote. Very fishy! We were almost about to cancel the project. The MD (Rakesh) intervened, promised he would make sure he will do the best and would handover the Project with 34 days instead of their usual 45 days. We went with his promise and gave them the Project.Guess it was our bad time. All their nice talks and promises made while signing you up goes into garbage. Yes the MD not sure if he is managing anything. Nov.11 was the date and it’s long gone, they are still trying to complete our Project.Delay is one thing, but atleast do we have a good end product?When asked about why the end result is not same as the agreed designs, they claim we approved and agreed with it. Seriously!Standard feature promised was smooth edges and soft closing. And what do you see neither feature being provided. Why because we agreed to it? Do we have amnesia? They have become doctors now!One Carpenter for the whole company and if he has some personal issues the work comes to a standstill. And yes so accurate, when you send a message to them on WhatsApp they see the message but don’t respond!We are going through so much stress and anxiety because of Cookscape. Even a regular Carpenter would have done a better job than these guys. I would definitely give them a zero if there was an option. Stay away from these scammers!

Pathetic service end to end. Right from MD to the ground staffIntial setup for the scam that is about to hit you:Sales and a buffet of promises and assurances that will never be fulfilled:1st they will give you comparison of multiple service providers like Homelane and tell why they are better... Gurantee vs Warranty, etc;They even have an option that is named HOMELANE and will even offer you discount on this version.They would even tell how their inspection is helpful. But, be assured that you will find way more snags than them. Its just a tick box activity for them.Before you pay the money, they will be really nice and then, their rudeness startsInspection and Measurement stage:They will come to your flat for taking measurement(which at a later stage you will realize that are inaccurate and you will end up multiple people coming multiple times to re-do the measurements)Design stage:Their design team doesnt even have any idea of how to design. When you ask for customization, they will say, this cant be done. And when you explain them how it can be done. They will agree that it can be done. ALL IN ALL, THEIR DESIGN TEAM HAS NO VISION OR INTEREST. BE READY TO HAVE MULTIPLE ITERATIONS for even them to understand what you want. Even if you draw it on a paper, they will agree and when they send you the revised version after multiple chasers.. Hurrah!!! Its not what you asked (I doubt they get some kind of sadistic pleasure in doing this)They will promise a particular model and at the very end, say that that model isnt possible for your place, so you will be forced to change the model and agree to what they have in stockProduction and Implementation:They will promise you a particular time+date and wont even bother to come on time ( my installation only started a day before the deadline)When they deliver the material at your doorstep, be assured that it will be damaged, have multiple scratches, looks 2nd hand, drawings will be missing, so the carpenter doesnt know what to fix where. Soft closures wont work properly, edges will be rough. Materials missing.Height is when the carpenter wont complete the work and will leave to do work at some other customers place. They will definitely spoil your flat. They dropped some kind of industrial glue in my flat..which took like forever to get rid of and they started scratching the ceramics and caused damage to my flat too.They havent even completed the work at my flat and promised to complete it in a week.. but yet, they havent done anything yet.Coordinators and Customer Relations:A highly unresponsive team who will hardly pick up your call or call back with proper updates. When you ask to speak to MD(Rakesh). VOLLLAAA!! He is never in town and always unavailable. The number provided for Rakesh will always be diverted to their Coordinator who as usual arent responsive.Their team will look at your messages on WhatsApp and not care to respondOverall, if you want to get your interiors done,DONT choose COOKSCAPE or ORBIX designs.I repeat.. DO NOT choose COOKSCAPE or ORBIX designs
