I had a worst experience today (21/10/21) with this store. I had bought a mosquito bat named Sixer (Indian brand) on 22 Jul 21 with 3 months warranty. In the initial days after purchase of the bat, performance of the bat was satisfactory. From 19 Oct 21 it stopped working .Again yesterday we gave a try,but It worked for 10 minutes only. I went to this store to ask for replacement/repair on 21/10/2021) at 8.45 pm as it is in the warranty period. The guy who was dealing these kind of matters in the store was rude and refused to take back the bat for return saying bat should be returned atleast 10 days before the expiry of warranty period(Does any bat gives cautionary intimation before 10 days that Im going to stop work on this day?) .As per his words, Manager/incharge of the store is not available in the store and neither he will inform him about the grievance nor he will give his number to me. The explanation given by the staff was illogical and the staffs behaviour was not customer friendly . Atlast, one of the lady staff took the bat back from me and informed me that she will inform me about the replacement / repair of the product next day only (22/10/2021). To sum up, the quality of service provided by the store to me is bad and the mosquito bat named Sixer is not worth buying. It will not solve the purpose.

Good variety of household items,vessels,novelty and decoration items..shop also sells items related to various popular indian festivals .but we need to he careful not to bump into other customers and the space inside is very narrow

Products are cheap and reasonable, but you need to check and buy because with price you need to compromise on quality as well. They have wide range of utensils and other products for home needs. They even have the Leo coffee machine to grind and pack fresh coffee powder and it is better than the one i order online.

Perfect shop for low to mid budget families obviously at the expense of relative quality compared to Santhosh Supermarket OR Saravana stores. But some items like school water bottles snack boxes which have shelf life not more than 3-4 months for school going kids, this is definitely value for money shopping. You also get the usual stuff you find in other supermarkets at similar prices. Given the crowds in Santhosh or Saravana Stores, I prefer this store for a quick shopping requirement

But the worst aspect of this store would be their absolute absence of customer service or even a pedestrian decency of dealing worried customers when returning damaged goods. (By the way, this review is for the murugan vessel store and not the appliance store that is there on top of ooty vegetables.) Have been to the appliance store as well, that place is good amd employees are well trained and capable. In contradiction, the vessel store sucks big time, especially its employees at the front desk. And yes, I AM bitter, as can be seen from this very lengthy review.

New outlet at 2nd floor above ooty vegetables is fine but old outlet is still dusty... Without proper maintenance...
