This chair was bought in September 2020 at 8000 from JFA Adyar branch and within 6 months its base got cracked and when asked they refused to give warranty showing reason as broken for usage. Chairs are made to be used or to be kept as a showpiece ?? Only my son was using it for online study. Never buy any outsourced product from them. They are selling cheap quality product at high price

Very bad after sales service. Quality of the product is also very bad. Please dont waste your hard earn money.

Good furniture shop with a nice range of options

I absolutely loved the collections of the furniture that they had. It was trendy and classy. I purchased a sofa set there and the delivery service was excellent. They also have wall decors. I purchased a painting for my room there. Absolutely loved my experience with JFA.

*Fraud Alert*These people are frauds. We bought a 6 seater dinning table and a Pooja room from Adyar JFA. This was the first time we are buying a dinning table for our family. So we dont want to take any risk and thought of buying from branded showroom. So we chose to buy from JFA. The sales person was extremely kind, till the moment we paid the cash. After that we cant even explain his behavior. While booking, the sales person gave a phone number, once the product was delivered the phone was not reachable. Just after one month of the delivery. One of the chairs in the 6 seater dinning table set broke. We tried contacting the customer care several times. With so much effort finally we contacted them. They responded like, there is no fault in the product. If a heavy person sits, it will break. Then we inspected the dining set and found that it was made of poor quality plywood. The cost of the dining set for 40 K. 40 K for poor quality plywood. We were helpless, we realized that we have been cheated and the feeling was terrible. Then we ran behind their service team for weeks to repair the chairs. Such a ruthless and inhuman behavior. You people can beg in the streets instead of cheating people like this for money.

Delivery was good , service was so terrible no proper communication. Delayed with their internal communication failed to satisfy customer support .Bought in adyar always divert to royapettah. Such a waste of time

JFA is a good furniture store with a wrong kind of people. They provide a lifetime service for furniture you buy, the service people will treat you very badly. The person who attended me was a lady its been 4 months i booked for service which I am ready to pay but they have not sent the service yet. When we query About it they talk in a really harsh manner. Even try to contact the showroom they wont respond at all.
