I faced the issue with Hari Traders Alapakkam when I bought the sofa, I ordered at Trade center and visited their godown in alapakkam as well to change the higher price model. Committed teak wood sofa but not teak wood, cushion was cut and pasted inside, cover not stitched as per requirement. We realized the cushion was cut and pasted after a year when we removed the cover to wash. They are cheating the customers by giving wrong commitment. Every day our whole family is cursing them for this sofa which we bought for 40K worst experience with them. Delayed Delivery, product highly not satisfied and price not worthable

Order no. 6947... Bought a sofa via Trade Center... Within a month the legs of the sofa broke down.. Tried reaching out to these guys for service.. They kept saying we will come in couple of days but never got back.. They were pretty rude after reaching out to them again and again .. We had to get our carpenter to fix the legs and it costed 20% of the total cost of furniture.. The cushions have become almost dead (as if it was used for 10 yrs or so) ... Avoid this shop at any cost.. #FAILURE

ORDER NUMBER - 5259. I bought both cot and mattress from Hari Traders when they had put a stall at Trade Center Nandambakkam,Chennai. I ordered the cot and mattress on September 2018 and after thousands of follow up got the product delivered on end of October 2018. Now the cot is just 14 months old and the cot has started developing cracks and I have been following up them on this for around a month from January 2020 still no responses. I have been told a warranty of 10 years for cot and this is the quality. Extremely irritated with this and extremely worst customer service. Once you pay the amount you are gone. Thats all. No customer service, nothing. Never ever buy from these guys

Scam alert : U people are not even deserve to get one star. Ordered sofa and cot in April 2019 after continuous follow-up with they delivered the product. It didnt even last for two months. For service I reached out to them continuously for more than six months yet no service provided by them. Now the condition is worse. We bought that very happily with the budget we had for buying furniture. But we are not able to use it now. after multiple calls their employee named Amala was telling me that they are ok if I am not satisfied with the product and service. she said that they will get new customers if they put stall at trade center. I understood they are useless as their owner. People please ask the company name before seeing the product.Fraud ya neee Venkatesan (owner) u will definitely pay for this.. if your not able to provide good quality products for the money u charge please stop doing business atleast u wont take curse from the people who trusted you.

Very worst service, worst delivery, product material is not good . They did stand by their words. we ordered a different model, but they delivered a different one and claimed thats the model we have ordered.we sent the product for replace but it took one month to replace a part of sofa. Even after a month he delivered a different model(half sofa in a model and other replaced half in other model)Centre table glass is broken when they delivered and it again took a month to replace only the glass.finally, it took 2months to get the sofa which we ordered.No proper response from owner, no assurance, they dont stand by their words.worst Experience.

I booked sofa from Hari Traders at Chennai Trade Centre. The sofa was delivered 10 days late, but the quality and finishing has been so satisfactory. The price tag is much competitive. Only you have to have patience as I experienced delayed delivery.

They have every worst in everything ..starting from sales person, quality , delivery etc. The highest of all is the owner himself. He acts very nice when we meet in person .. saying Sir we will replace sir we guarantee sir we will do it immediately.. then they show their real face .. no response to phone calls at all. We ordered a cot and mattress and struggling too replace it. The cot was not bolted enough . It gave creech sound even if we sit. They made a carpenter come home and repair it. He was very professional to fix it will a cardboard sheet in between. The wood plank was so poorly made that they could not repair it. So they gave a cot as replacement. Now their matress showed true Colors after months of usage. A mattress which was sold as foam mattress had springs protruding after months of usage. We are struggling to replace it now. When we call them they fight among themselves having us on the call. Very very worst experience. So much mental stress they gave us . After few weeks of posting this comment we tried repeatedly to owners mobile to ask for the replacement matress.. since we reviewed here as fraud company ...he said he will do as much fraud as he can and challenged us to wait and watch. He sent the same matress back again with springs with a new cover on top of it. Top of that we were charged for the delivery charges.. please dont ever purchase from them. They dont have any professional ethics.

Delivery was promised at 6pm,came at 11pm. Yes, in the night. Saw wood work pathetic, cushions were torn.Now I realize why the delivery was so late. Tactics, you see. Be cautious !Even after reading so many negative reviews, I went ahead and booked Corner sofa at a trade fare. Delivery was on time but quality was very poor ! You will not be able to catch the sales persons once product is delivered, later you need to bargain with trader who denies all such quarantee from the sales persons. They claim to be the maufcaturer but they are purely traders who book furniture from the makers and trade it in exhibitions and trade fares. Try your luck !
