This is my second purchase from Fashor. Bought 2 kurtis first time and 4 kurtis this time. The quality is good and comfortable to wear. Prompt delivery too. Would love to buy more in future.

I placed an order, paid for it through gpay, the amount go deducted, but the order was not noted. Very bad

With whole bunch of doubts about fit and merchandise quality I gave a trial on1+1 offer last year,to my surprise I have stopped buying from other brands and in anyother outlet....I have bought nearly 10-12 kurtis, gifted cousins and friends tooo....Your collections is affordable and amazing...love to have 1+1 for more buying..shipping is fast...please introduce more of western outfits as well....

I tried to place order from the site made payment through Google pay. Amount got deducted but order was not placed. Unable to contact customer care through any channel. Pathetic ..! There is just no way through which we can reach out to their customer support. Not sure if they have any or not..!

I was trying to order a suit set from Fashor app, after making the google pay payment the amount has been deducted from my account but the order has not been placed. It still in the cart, not showing in the order history but the amount has been deducted. I have attached the required screenshots for your reference. I made several calls on customer support number and no one is picking up the call.

I recently purchased 2 Palazzo Set from them under 1 on 1 Free , it was my first time purchase . I order size M for me its perfect & my friend Order Size XL it is bit bigger for her but locally we can do alteration . both sets are nice & its Jute cotton not pure cotton please mentioned same in your description that what kind of cotton it is . also 1 on 1 free on return policy which i find is not good as in case if we dont fit in that its difficult as its totally waste of money . In sale many website take back the products & give full refund. You can work on that part as your description part is not correctly convey details to customers. Delivery part is amazing Blue dart delivery is very quick with in 2 Days I got my stuff. Hope you can improve in some part so it will be more easy for us to buy. Your collection are just amazing. I love your sets .

Very poor delivery service.the delivery date they mentioned by their courier service was on june 27th and still today didnt received.

I have ordered 2 dresses in 1+1 offer. I thought the quality will not be up to the mark, but I was wrong quality was fantastic. They even called me to know wether I have ordered correct size or do I need any alterations which no other online shopping sites does. Cheat company. Its going to be a month yet no response to my emails or calls, by mistake if they attend the call also they will say we will call back and never does. So unprofessional. I wasted my money on Cheap quality and 3rd class products.

Im not sure if all these reviews are even real or just a business tactics of putting fake reviews to attract customers. There were holes all over the Kurti and no one cares to attend the calls. HORRIBLE QUALITY AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Learn to attend calls and provide minimum customer before setting up a website. Awful experience.

Kindly any person of fashor Tell me how will I place return request?? The customer care commits fake. When I Placed the order, I asked that if any kind sizes issue is there then I could change it na. But now they are not responding..

How to contact you people? I am trying to call since 10 days for return but no one attends the call. Now when I am seeing the reviews I am able to understand this company is cheating customers. Very bad experience.

Very bad experience... Unbranded product with no proper sizes. Very bad fitting. They dont bother once they get money. No response from call center. Mostly no one to pick your call. At the end you will loose your money for a very bad product.

As I experienced, clothes returning process is worst here. I have requested for return 1 month back because of size issue, it was a next day of shipment delivered, still no pick ups done, I talk to Fashor more number of times, but no use, I am really disappointed.
