I paid them an advance and i have awaited for 3d designs.. Though the designs were outdated, i thought of going forward, but when i cancelled my room furnitures, they inflated the kitchen price so steeply, like as if they want to earn the entire project income just by doing our kitchen.And because of all this, i could see there was no integrity left in the discussion, I was left with no choice but to cancel the order.From initial stages i had a doubt that they may not deliver everything as theyre promising, so I had got a written confirmation from them on mail that if i ever want to cancel the order they will refund the amount back to me, and then they said after deducting the 3D charges they will refund, i had to agree to that also because i didnt have a choice.But till date they havent refunded my amount. Its been a long time. After multiple phone follow ups and visits to their office, they agreed to refund within 10 working days. And that deadline is also crossed way back.No sign of refund yet. No response from the staff who was our contact person.. The staff say we dont refund to anyone and when i talk to them about the mail confirmations I have from them, they say theyll check with their accounts team and call me back. But they dont respond.Its like a trap now. Although i would take a legal course of action, i still want to warn people that paying them any ruppee must be considered lost.Spending so much on advertising and all, had the company spent a little to build some faith and integrity with customers, the word of mouth itself wouldve poured in so much business.So heartbreaking to deal with such people who make homes.

Best place to walkin and pick your interior requirements

Interior designing company. Moderately price. Technically sounds good. Mid of executing an order on them. Has lots of onitial glitches.

Please dont waste ur money on cookscape.cookscape has poor &worst service, focus only on money&tooo tooo much delay (2years)have to follow up multiple times to get work done but no response

Good things about Cookscape first:1. Design review was good. Suggestions were presented in good way.2. Good follow up till order placement and delivery.Cons we faced with CS:1. Site mobilization and activities were not given prior approach/ office team literally ingored this scope.2. Repeated follow ups I had to make from my side for the site team to function.3. Never in a single day during site activity, full day work was done. The team used to work only 3-4 hours per day and left to another site or they are not reachable.4. Quality of work done is not good. Debris clearance and management is not fair. As a customer I am paying for that as well.5. Scope of work was there but still no one turned up. Kitchen area, study room sledges, bedroom wardrobe still to be finished. But office team insisted to pay full site amount. We paid only half keeping in mind about this delay6. Most of all, as a customer I felt being left orphaned after I paid the amount, I have to like request again and again for site activity.

Installation works are not even satisfactory. Post payment they are not even picking up the calls. work efficiency at field is very poor. too much of drag in the work. I am the one to incur the loss. They were not properly following up to get things done according to my satisfaction. Everything is taken to the heat of the moment and done.

I went here on my friends recommendation for my Kitchen interiors. They understood my requirement clearly and provided me the clear-cut quote initially. i compared this with other places and decided to choose COOKSCAPE. To my surprise there were no much difference between initial and final quote. Great work guys.!

I accidentaly went through cookscape while i was on my way to my relatives house but i am soo fortunate to get landed ter.The way the architects explained us about all the available design options for our house as well as customization for our house really impressed us a lot..Also they have so many varities of finishes which was also suggested according toour budget and design..Finally we confirmed with cookscape and really happy and satisfied with the outcome.Timeline was little more but worth the wait..Satisfied with the quality and finish.

Workers and site engineers are very lazy. They did modular kitchen at my new home, 8 months after, wall box has fallen on us. By Gods grace we escaped with little injuries. Posted a request to fit it properly. They sent a person after a month follow up and he checked and said to change back panel of the box and went. Its been a month still no response and not at all lifting phone.

Pathetic service end to end. Right from MD to the ground staffIntial setup for the scam that is about to hit you:Sales and a buffet of promises and assurances that will never be fulfilled:1st they will give you comparison of multiple service providers like Homelane and tell why they are better... Gurantee vs Warranty, etc;They even have an option that is named HOMELANE and will even offer you discount on this version.They would even tell how their inspection is helpful. But, be assured that you will find way more snags than them. Its just a tick box activity for them.Before you pay the money, they will be really nice and then, their rudeness startsInspection and Measurement stage:They will come to your flat for taking measurement(which at a later stage you will realize that are inaccurate and you will end up multiple people coming multiple times to re-do the measurements)Design stage:Their design team doesnt even have any idea of how to design. When you ask for customization, they will say, this cant be done. And when you explain them how it can be done. They will agree that it can be done. ALL IN ALL, THEIR DESIGN TEAM HAS NO VISION OR INTEREST. BE READY TO HAVE MULTIPLE ITERATIONS for even them to understand what you want. Even if you draw it on a paper, they will agree and when they send you the revised version after multiple chasers.. Hurrah!!! Its not what you asked (I doubt they get some kind of sadistic pleasure in doing this)They will promise a particular model and at the very end, say that that model isnt possible for your place, so you will be forced to change the model and agree to what they have in stockProduction and Implementation:They will promise you a particular time+date and wont even bother to come on time ( my installation only started a day before the deadline)When they deliver the material at your doorstep, be assured that it will be damaged, have multiple scratches, looks 2nd hand, drawings will be missing, so the carpenter doesnt know what to fix where. Soft closures wont work properly, edges will be rough. Materials missing.Height is when the carpenter wont complete the work and will leave to do work at some other customers place. They will definitely spoil your flat. They dropped some kind of industrial glue in my flat..which took like forever to get rid of and they started scratching the ceramics and caused damage to my flat too.They havent even completed the work at my flat and promised to complete it in a week.. but yet, they havent done anything yet.Coordinators and Customer Relations:A highly unresponsive team who will hardly pick up your call or call back with proper updates. When you ask to speak to MD(Rakesh). VOLLLAAA!! He is never in town and always unavailable. The number provided for Rakesh will always be diverted to their Coordinator who as usual arent responsive.Their team will look at your messages on WhatsApp and not care to respondOverall, if you want to get your interiors done,DONT choose COOKSCAPE or ORBIX designs.I repeat.. DO NOT choose COOKSCAPE or ORBIX designs

Dont pay the money in advance. The timeline is really worse. It took almost an year to compete 70 percent of the work. Luckily I paid through bank transfer. Never pay in cash trying to save the gst... They will never pick the calls stating their personal reasons

We have recently get our house done up by them. Quality and timely completion of work and service and customer coordination is very satisfactory and I recommend them

CHEATERS CHEATERS CHEATERSThese people have cheated us so badly. We asked for glossy finish for the wardrobe but these CHEATERS ( KARTHIK )gave us matt finish and they didnt even inform us. When we found out about this issue we spoke to KARTHIK and that CHEATER is telling us that the cost of glossy and maat finish are the same 🤣🤣🤣. They have not even initiated a refund. After a couple of days that KARTHIK is telling us that the difference between glossy and matt finish is only 1200 rs. HOW RIDICULOUS.That KARTHIK is very bad with no respect for customers.Horrible palace to do home interiors. There is a person named Karthik who is good for nothing. They waste our time and money. I will never recommend this place to any home buyers. There is no proper co ordination in that place. These people have ruined my life completely. Continue this horrible work people. You will not get any customers in future.
