Please do not go with Classic Kitchen. They are not professionals and they charge exorbitant rates and the quality of the work is not up to the mark. Initially they will speak very politely and later they will not heed to your concerns, once the order is provided. Lots of lies saying Termite treated wood , and all. Staff are completely not experienced.

We decided to go with Classic Kitchen for our 3 BHK interior and paid advance in September 2020.The initial commitment was to complete the interiors in 3 months. Discounting the time lost due to pandemic, the work is still pending despite making 99.9% payments.The worse part is they are extremely disorganised, do not respond to call or messages and are never on time (WhatsApp or phone calls).Whenever they are occasionally reachable, end up giving false promises (especially their designer).Their team has been totally unreachable over past 2 months.It is a pity that they have been using our house as a storage room for other site interiors which we got to know 3 months back only. They come and take material from our house and go without responding to our queries in person too.While the quality of materials and workmanship is good, we will never recommend classic kitchen basis their professionalism towards work.

I have visited this showroom, It was really a good experience ,People who concern more about products durability will take a turn to choose Classic kitchen,.as they give more importance to clients expectations and give a quick response to all design queries ..and staffs provide you the rough quote value based on th requirements to give an idea about the performance were more convincing and the approach towards the client was good.

I liked their models and they had wide range of design to satisfy every costumer their services is so cool .

We had custom ordered a study table. They were prompt, responsive and delivered on the committed date. I compared a lot of other study tables sold by competitors, they were either over priced or of inferior quality. Loved their professionalism. Seamless process. Would recommend them any day...

Hiring an Interior Designer to help is an expense many people arent exactly prepared for. It seemed like I can figure things out on my own , but do yourself a favor and please hire Classic kitchen which is a one stop solution for design and execution . I exhausted my resources (Vijay tv add , Instagram, google) before hiring them and I should have done it months ago. Classic Kitchen and it’s team are a total delight to work with, and they delivered a fantastic quality finish . I havent felt this peace of mind since the entire project started. I was driving myself crazy. they put there self in your shoes and really thinks of every possibility. I am very satisfied with what they have given me .

They used top notch products and assured a 8 year replacement warranty for the entire project. Im Completely satisfied with the way it was executed and will surely recommend to my friends.

We saw ad on TV and went to this place. We met the MD . Very patiently he spoke to us and also sent us his technician . Poor staff , he didnt come back or follow up with us and we chose to go with Sleek kitchens later and enjoying my new kitchen

I got my project done from classic kitchen... I must say they simply did a fantastic job. The entire team from designers to production did a great job. Will recommend to my friends.

Very poor customer service. Zero response. They didnt show any sort of interest. I was interested to give them orders but they just left us waiting. Harsha (nungambakkam office) was the sales person I contacted, he said he will confirm dates for site visit and he didnt respond after that.

Worst experience. ..WORST FURNITURE ever at HIGH PRICE..I just asked for smooth finishing so that dont poke when v use them..At the time of payment they promised everything... After that they dont even care who u r.. hours together of conversations & arguments over phone..they made us beg like anything for each n everything as if they are doing us favour free of cost. At the end they simply told this much only v can do, nothing much is possible..POOR MANAGEMENT & CO-ORDINATION among themselves.. nw unknowingly touch the furniture n end up wit cuts n starts bleeding..coz of which I keep room locked in order to keep my kids away from it.
