Very worst delivery. I have ordered for half kg mutton nearly 300 grams was only bone pieces. Fraud people. Its bcoz v cannot go to the shop in person v order through online but these ppl r taking this as an advantage n cheating ppl by giving un worthy meat. Not at all worth for the money. Plz dont buy mutton or any meat from lucious.

Very worst service should need more improvement in service and customer care service number is just ring and no body is answering only voice message coming. You should have given any other number for complaining. Very very bad, needs lot of learn to run the company. Please try to improve or else you will lose lot of valuable costumers.

Lot of time I recieve message stating for a 90min delivery etc....But meanwhile if you check out their store it would be out of stock then whats the use to send message. Its just spamming.The beauty is the very first product would not be available.But quality of products are good compared to Fippola. Price is expensive but for a better quality its agreeable. As a Boiler chicken must not weight more than 1.2 kg their chicken are well below that.

Worst service ever had ! I placed a order 4 days before and scheduled to deliver today ( 22-Mar-21) , morning i have checked the app for order process but its was still not processed , then called customer care after a 10minutes of their musical symphony a guy reached to me stating it will be delivered on or before 10:30am , after passing 10:30 still the order is not processed then again called their customer support but this time is not a single call or even 10 mins of their terrific musical symphony, it took nearly 45mins and 7 calls for their customer care executive to attend a call, this time they said shop is closed due to lockdown!! Dont i know that there is a lockdown or what ?? then why in world i would pre-order 4 days before and should face your pathetic service and customer support, IF YOU CANT DELIVER PLEASE DONT TAKE ORDERS i did ordered for sunday since there is complete lockdown i pre-ordered , even if the said early i would have bought somewhere else , now due to lockdown every shop is closed. ( ..I.. on your face #licious )

Worst service ever I did not receive my order till my slot timings and delaying more ...I ordered yesterday slot will be 6 to 9 morning automatically changed next day 12 to 3 .. and till 3 ck didnot receive my order . Worst did not purchase here anymore very careless service

The Worst experience. This morning we place our order at 7.15 for 10 to 12 slot. Till 11.15 our order not processed, we are keep on trying your customer care but no response. After 12.25 our slot was rescheduled at 2 to 5 PM slot. Our kids are start to cry because of their lunch time was started. Evening at 4.50 we received our order(Fish) tell us after 5 our family can cook this and had our Lunch????Because of your worst team and service we order our lunch through Swiggy and received our food at 2.50. Our entire day was path.Are you deliver our food Free of Cost?Who are you to decide our lunch what time we took our food?Very bad experience I never had..Even a courtesy we didnt received any apologies from your side???Very casually rescheduled our order?If you cant deliver our orders on time than why you taking our orders?????🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵
