Poor hr with poor communication claiming people that candidates dont have good communication.first of all you guys have good communication.then degrade others.dont give idiotic feedback back.this could lead people lose their level even they have good communication..If u want to be a slave go and fell on these guys feet.slavery company...

Great place to start your career and learn how ITES works! When it comes to the management part, one of the worst ever managements! You would be expected to come to work even if someone is dead in your family when youre in your notice period. Some managers work on just rules with no humanity in them. Despite of your situation they expect you to work for what they pay you for! Sometimes you would be humiliated and disrespected! Not all the upper level people are the same, a few are worse! You cant expect transparency in the management! Infra would be worst. The only good is that if you can survive here for 2 odd years then you can survive anywhere else, as they have have the best projects with them.

I attended interview. 3 rounds done ,After that asking too many questions about networking deeply. I left the interview. No reasons for ignoring interview. Good luck.

There were 3 rounds to check your communication. And after that comes technical round where they will ask lots of questions, not only basic but deep into technical. ARP, packet Transfer protocol. And after that comes Manager round where they may or may not ask technical questions. It was little tough to clear. But also they are paying good salary.

Worst company, no understanding between management and HR. Im from Bangalore, HR had come to Bangalore and took 3 rounds of interview and selected me. HR asked me to relocate to Chennai for joining process and I got offer letter too. After I came to Chennai, they gave 2 days of training, thought deep network concepts and took another round and informed that Im not qualified.I lost 6k because of visiting chennai, office and for staying in hotel. Very bad experience in my life.😡😠 My humble request, please think twice before you decide something and dont play with freshers life by selecting and then rejecting us

Its a BPO SECTOR company but still a good opportunity for the freshers and as well as experienced candidates to work. A friendly workplace and a fiendly colleagues and they have a canteen and even can facility is available forbemployees...

This is not about company ,its all about unbelievable HR management. Iv never seen such a worst HR management so far. I gone through 4 rounds ,took 2 days to complete waited around 4hrs just to get final results, I got selected I was told to bring certificates t very Next day for verification and he gave me joining date as well. During discussion he told there is no cab facility til my place so he is going to look for other profile( known candidates) later he checked with transport help desk and found they have cab til my place , he reconfirmed to bring certificates next day. I left the place while going home rcivd call from other hr , she said the manager is going to look into other profiles n I am on hold. Its been a month now there is no update.. I found other ppl r joined who din get confirmation like me. I would say this is not professional. I would request the HR team to not to do this for upcoming candidates. Dont show ur attitude to us , we r coming from different places with different situations. If u have selected candidates already then dont waste others TIME.

Worst company.Totally disgusting.They sent me a mail for walkin & i wait for almost two hours and then hr met me nd he told me to work in night shift. In JD they didnt describe about night shift.Compete hell, no cafeteria,no time value of interviewee.In the name of interview they are doing only formalities.They already decided their criteria to select a candidate.Hr will never receive your call.
