Some concerns here,1- The response comments from owner appear as if he is softly threatening Mr. Thiygarajan for rating 3, rather the owner could have offered to give better services if Mr. Thiyagaraj was not satisfied.2- Google shows only one address but there is no office of Arrow point at this location. I personally visited this address3- The person who was given as a POC was not professional at all in dealing with potential customers. I wouldnt even call them back again.
