I orderd idiyappam raagi dosa and ghee podi dosa by an online delivery app..the taste and quantity was good enough and taste like homely food...must try and affordable restaurent in perungudi..

Always had homefood experience, at a reasonable rate. Any dish you taste and try is equally good in flavour and taste. Well treated by the waiters, ambience is of a regular mess or canteen type but reliable at all times. Tired from work, no cooking, they are the best vegetarian option anytime.

Small hotel with some 20 seating capacity. Food is good both quality wise and taste wise. Prices are very pocket friendly. Quick service, polite staff. This is a good place for a quick meal. Parking available for two wheelers. For cars, you need to park some 50 meters away on the service lane

Very very poor ambience. Bad behaviour too much of arrogance. Also their drainage tank was cleaned during our breakfast which was seriously awkward causing awful experience and stinking all over.Using same from kitchen utensil to get water for drainage. UNHYGIENIC.. OVERPRICED .AWFUL

I been to this hotel after seeing a good rating for them...but I turned disappointed, I had Mini idly,Dosa varieties(Ghee, onion uttapam, kal Dosa),Chapatti,parota among all these best is the Dosa varieties they deserve 4 starBetter Avoid the rest ... They are not up to the mark.Only because of the crowded location its running good.They got the swiggy delivery too.

I was returning to home from office. It started raining when I was crossing after Perungudi Toll. I stopped and waited near a shop. Waited for 10 mins. It was still raining. Then thought of trying nearby restaurants. Googled. Hotel Mahalakshmi was just 15 meters away. Impressive reviews. Went there. The hotel was small and moderately clean. Ordered Chapathi (₹40). They first brought banana leaf covered plate with 2 kurumas. Then chappathi was served. The taste was good. Must be sufficient for a person. Having read about the chutneys, Ordered Rava Masala Dosai (₹50). 3 varieties of chutneys and sambar were given and dosa was served. As pointed by others, the chutneys were fresh. Also the quantity of chutneys were more than enough.Update: Ordered Mini Tiffin(₹80) through Swiggy. It contains Pongal, Masala Dosa, Idly, Pori, sambar, chutney, Pori sidedish, Kuruma, coconut chutney and a masala vadai. All were good especially coconut chutney. Recommended. Only downside was they were not hot. The Swiggy staff took some time to reach the restaurant and pick the order. It might be the reason why the dishes were not hot.Update: Tried Karadosa (₹50). Good.Update : Ordered Idly, Chappathi, Idiyappam. Seems Cocunut chutney was staled.

Authentic South Indian dishes. I specially like their fresh chutnies- all three varieties. Though they serve Chinese as well but that is not recommended.i am regular in this place and can say consistency is maintained there. Also would like to mention about their prompt and courtious service.

Best place for Pure veg food in Thoraipakkam. All their food is high in tast, quality and healthy. Worth for money. Very quick service. Friendly staff with smiling face. I like their fresh three variety of chutney. Everyday they have spl menu for the day. All stuffed dosas are good in taste..Service lane are the parking area for this place for both car and bike. We used to buy frequently in Mahalakshmi hotel only,Idly, Dosa was very special and other dishes too better with vegetarian restaurant.If youre using car you need to park somewhere 50m long from the hotel, whereas bike is easy to park opposite to hotel.
