Ac is too noisy, there is no service of tea coffee, and water in room, no one is there for your assistance, i ask for extra mattress the provided damaged and dirty mattress. Worst experience ever.

Ugly rooms. Very old AC. Room is not spacious. Bathroom in poor condition. Ventilation sills on common wall is open and so no privacy and not at all safe for ladies. Smoking in neighbouring rooms can be detected inside your room. They refill water in used bottles and serve. Not safe, hygienic, comfortable and private. Never stay there with ladies. Atmosphere is not family or couple friendly.

Its well located in the city on main road. Visible and has a good restaurant at the basement. The hotel is a average one and good for a short stay. The food provided at the basement restaurant is a very good one

For one I must include that the hotel staff is the best and better than the comparison , just took one star off because of the room size otherwise everything is fine as it isHotel staff can call the taxi for you, take time to tell you where, which place to visit. Nice people.✌

I have been eating this hotel for last two years...but today I faced bad experience on this hotel...I ordered a panneer fry and its cost 160₹, when I got the order, the plate is filled with fried things and I thought its full of panneer, but after started eating only I got to know its full of onion fries and I got only 8 pieces of panneer fry. When I ask with the server, he said now only I know about this sir!! My concern is they are fixing some rate for Thier product, but at the same time the food has to good in quantity and quality. But its not good here.
