To be frank the hype they gave is never worthy..!! nothing special to say about food here.The ambiance is good, covered with plants and warm light tone this place gives you peace of mind. We just pay for the ambiance and not for the food. The pricing of food is high when compared to the taste. its just a fancy restaurant with a average food taste. Half the menu is unavailable.Monster shake here is the talk of the town but TBF it isnt worth the money...!! they just fill it with whipped cream to give a monstrous look.Cold coffee here is good and the pizza loaded with cheese is good.They have parking facilities for two and four wheel vehicles.

Came here to taste monster milkshake. It was too heavy for two people. A group of 4 can have monster milkshake. Thai rice with curry was simply delicious. Spaghetti was good. Lot of books and indoor games were there in this restaurant. Ambience was good. Sofa/ seating area was bit dirty.

The place buzzes on a Thursday night because they host open Mics. The open Mics are entertaining and that combined with great food will make your Thursday memorable. The service is good, food is decent but I can tell that they can have more options. Pizza, burger, milkshakes are the classic options available. Interiors are noteworthy, ambience is a big plus. While on my visit, we had to wait for around 15 minutes for the food, I can tell it was yummy and worth the wait. Pretty mediocre taste of food. Very good place in terms aesthetics.But MOSQUITOS are a constant menace.The inside air conditioned couch place was stinking of old furniture.Word of Advice: Come here if you want to take some time off things.But the food ain’t worth it.

One of the best Cafes in Chennai. Good ambience not so crowded and has indoor and outdoor dining.Food is a tad expensive but still worth the price nevertheless all Cafes are expensive. Must try the Pizzas, Momos and monster shake.Great for a date or casual chat with a friend. They do also have board games which is some good entertainment. A must visit in Chennai. Sad that they have closed down Ashvita Nirvana their other branch in besant nagar.

A great place with a cool ambiance and good food to top it all . The best part is their ambiance very calm and welcoming. Their starters and mains are very good. We had chicken lollipop, chilli cheese toast , pasta and Thai fried noodles. They were descent and we got a complimentary drink thanks to EazyDiner . Every detail is well organised and it’s a very good place to hangout for some really great food. It’s got four beautiful dining sections and you’re free to choose your mood for your food. Staff are courteous and serve you with good delicacies. Well attended mini valet parking is available by the entrance and don’t forget to visit their shop for some really cool handmade lifestyle items of their own production.

However they do have seating arrangement at various places like outdoor, indoor and outdoor under roof It was around 4 o clock in the evening. The restaurant was not so cool. Light warming which make discomfort. But pretty sure, it will be fantastic and lovely place to hang out with your loved one.Limited parking facility especially for cars.EntertainmentI was very surprised to see entertainment games. You can play handy board games with your partner to kill the idle time until the food is being served.Completely different experience.Service:The service somewhat not okay. No one is nearby when you need the service.Overall I would say 4.5 out of 5.

To start with this place has an awesome ambience. The momos were so soft and never before I had such amazing momos. They have 3 types of spicy orange, green and red. Orange less spicy and red maximum spicy. We ordered fried rice with curry. The rice served will also be plain a cury can be chosen. The chicken curry was loathed in coconut oil but i had an very nice aroma, texture and taste to it. The place is famous for milkshakes or monster shakes. Yup u can call this shake a monster for sure. Im contended😁

No heavy crowd. Just go with 2 or 3 of your friends and you can enjoy. Bit difficult to locate but Google maps will guide you Correctly.

An house converted into a cafe with that antique look, yes, the ambience is mesmerising. You will definitely feel happy after entering this place. They offer good and tasty food yet affordable, I loved the fried chicken and pasta available here. Best place to visit with friends for birthday treats or other celebrations.

This place has lost its quality substantially, pizza got over by 8 pm, no burgers, no thai rice by 8.30 and by 9 pm they just had desserts. Believe me, there were only two or three customer tables occupied still they have very low supplies. The management should look into this seriously - from your old fan of this place!

I got to know about this place famous for Monster Shakes. I just went there just to try the Monster Shake and it tasted so yummy. The 5 star is given just only for the Monster shake. I havent tried any other cuisines there. The ambiance was quite good with classic themes. But parking is a bit combustible.

Ashvita Bistro located at Alwarpet is a very pretty restaurant and Cafe. Their interiors look elegant and classy, with great detail given to paintings, and having good lighting. They also have outdoor seating. They have a great spread of cuisines, and their Chinese and thai food is popular. I went here with a friend for am evening snack, so we tried out their schezwan fries. The quantity was beyond expectations, and the taste was exquisite - the spice was just about right. Ashvita is very famous for their cookie monsters, and so we had one of the cookies and cream flavour. We were drooling the second we saw it being placed on our table. A jar filled with thick milkshake, brownies, marshmallows, oreos, chocosticks, whipped cream and everything else nice you could think of - the cookie monster lived up to its name, it was definitely a monster! Carefully, we devoured every single bit of this, and enjoyed the mix of tastes and flavors. They also have a caramel and a chocolate flavor of the same, and I hope to try it out someday! The food was well priced, and the quality was great, quantity - sumptuous. It was a great dining experience at Ashvita.

Nice place to hang around with friends, usually we go as a gang of 10 to 15 and book the place prior so that we can have good time, the ambience is also nice, food little costly and it has place for all kinds of people say get together or for discussion or just hanging around. It offers different kinds of seating to suit all. It also offers a lot of board games for kids to keep them occupied.

This place is in Alwarpet. Good casual place to unwind with friends. Food options are limited and a bit costly for a cafe but the ambience balanced it out. Seem popular among youngsters and students. We ordered Thai Green curry, Momo and pasta and bill was about 1.2k. taste was good. If you are looking for a quiet place and dont mind paying 350/- for a shake.. maybe worth the try :)

Its a quaint place right in between CP Ramasamy Salai and TTK salai and not on either of them. So it quiet ant peaceful. The staff is friendly and they dont bother u much. We just had coffee and Masala tea. Both were good. I dont know about the rest of the menu yet. Definitely a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up with friends.

Its a very deceptive restarurant. Cant really make out the restaurant interiors from outside. Its definitely a surprise if u r here for the 1st time.Pls do try the lemon coriander soup if u r planning to visit the restaurant.

We went to a Stand-up Comedy Show today and the place was okay to accommodate the audience of roughly 15 to 20 maximum. They also have a cafe it seems with air-conditioning but we sat at the garden restaurant with only fans and it was decent. They serve some desserts, Latte, Smoothies and Sandwiches & some snacks items during the show which is actually we have to pay separately but at reasonable price, which was really good and we enjoyed the time here. I really dont have any idea about the restaurant and its menu because we went for a comedy show. I think they will accept both cash and card payments.

This again is the case of not being able to retain the authenticity it once had.But the ambience, the garden set up and the monster-shake varieties are still good.They can improve more on their main dishes.

Ridiculously priced average food. Staff has no clue on the menu. Took long hours to serve even though there were no other customers. Ambience was chic but for the amount they charge they should maintain it with much more hospitality.

Brownie points for the prompt service and polite staff. They have an excellent menu and food is also great. But your visit would most certainly not be complete without having the Monster shake.
