Ruby marketing is one of the worst.all the promises made are of utter waste.once the flat is sold customer is made to wander among all the departments without any solution, irresponsible behaviour and no one takes charge,Tiles inside construction is not worth off and the main doors are worst , around 25 tiles inside house could hear the walking sound.Car parking no clarityWorst experience.would not suggest anyone the ruby building.even the residence has to fight for promised common amenitiesRuby Anantha construction, maintenance and sales is the worst.Never disclosed about TDS and came to light post handover and only when customer asked they are asking customer to pay and get refund.Where other builders voluntarily disclose to customer

Office atmosphere is good. Parking space for four wheeler not provided for customers. Asked to come at 8.00 am for registration of property work but staff though friendly and helpful attended only at 9.15 am

Ruby builders have undertaken a contruction of a floor in the adjusting house at Rajarao street in East Tambaram. The cement and other materials repeatedly damage our house. Complaining to the site engineer is of no use. They dont take care to avoid. Materials falling into our house. Its very rude if them. I met the AGM Sales at her office and orally complained about it. Though she assured to stop it, the north indians workers and the site engineer are adamant.

These guys dont give respect to concerns raised by customer. If pre sales is so bad. I cant even think about post sales. Luckily didnt go ahead with booking of plots with this company. They expect you to buy their properties without raising any questions.

Our experience has been very positive so far. Budget flats in and around tambaram. Decent quality with few glitches occasionally. Good after sales support. Special mention to Bindhu whos always been approachable, patient and helpful.

150 unhappy customers at Ruby star city, new perungalthur.They said that they will lay roads while purchasing on 2015. But still road is not layel and lot of dust because of mud road. During rainy seasons very worst. We have approached owner of Ruby but they said it is under punchayat contrrol. In all other projects they only layed roads. Poor electrical and plumping fiitings. My suggestion is that dont choose ruby.now we are looking another flats becauee of this issue.
