Facilities are good, but limited varities for kits and quality of product too bad compare with themselves last five years back, and important for kits wear in this pandemic situation we are not like to bring childrens to shop for trials and its not recommended also but their policy now not returnable because they provide just 5% discount, this policy is not correct in the situation kits trial at home is required. Their staffs also not supporting well in the second floor, There are much developments require for them to satisfy customers....

Out of 50 dress material only one or two trendy and catching and chudidhar are good put pants for chudidhar material cloth are totally waste even our floor cleaning cloth comes longer period but that pants unworthy

Pothys is a good retail store for purchasing clothes in bulk during sale. The price range for saree varies according to its design and fabric. They have different floor for saree, salwar material and food court as well.The workers here are helpful and friendly. However i had bad experience with the tailoring staffs here. I decided to stitch my clothes here at the 1st floor. My exact body mesurements were taken and they charged Rs.900 for a piece of chudi.They promised me three days to complete my order but kept delaying it. I had to call and ask them numerous time about when they would complete it. The delay made me postpone my travelling plan. Two clothes were unstitched due to rushing time as they put it.When i checked the stitching, the size didnt match with my body measurement at all. It was loose at shoulders, hip and some parts were stitched messy. I had to alter the dress i gave them again. Overall, i would suggest purchasing here but not giving their clothes to stitch at Pothys. Very unprofessional, and bad tailoring service. Change your tailoring staffs,. These people cant stitch at all.

One place to shop all items at normal rate.. Service is good...You have facility of lift, escalator and steps to access floors.. For grocery items you are having home delivery facility

Great place to shop grocerys too. This place in the morning has fresh fruit and vegetables. The entrance too narrow to yhr underground when you enter from the street. Though you can directly go from the ground floor of pothys.

Very bad.I waited at the counter with only two commodity, the billing man asked me to go another counter, waited and returned without buying.

There was really large and lovely collections for women but the price is quite high!

Fruits and vegetable costs are very reasonable. Billing counters and vegetable counters spacing could have been better. The provisions are in one side where there is not much public. Whereas the billing counter and vegetable fruit counter are in the same place. So the entire crowd occupies only one side of the place. Considering Covid, the spacing idea could have been better. Hope the management takes note of this.

We are regular buyers at the basement of Pothys Supermarket-Groceries. The reason I am giving a 3-star review is because of its untalented, rude staffs, especially near the phenoyl sections, who keep on persuading customers to but goods they dont want. Because of this nuisance, I even forget to pick up the things I really need.. :-( Even if we politely avoid them, they just keep banging on to us, sometimes rudely, till we the leave the side. And some of them dont even help when we ask for things - they are only interested in making us buy whatever brand they want to sell... I wonder if they get incentives if we buy under their pressure!! Otherwise, pothys supermarket at T.Nagar, basement, is worth the money and crowd - the thing that puts off me are such unworthy, untalented staffs who don;t know the meaning of service. A humble request to the Supervisors/Management: Please instruct the staffs that keep standing near the shelfs not to disturb/talk with the customers who really dont want their interference... I would have reported directly to the supervisor at floor, but I am not able to find anyone :-( Please take measures soon so that I can be stress-free a bit at the grocery section next time..
