Its a good place for anyone requiring a short stay for interviews, exams or any other work, in and around Chennai. The hotel is very close to Tambaram Bus stand and Railway Station. Early Check-in is provided, but extra charges will be applicable, or else you have to wait till the Check-in time. They dont provide any Food in the hotel, but you can order online, and there are few restaurants in a 10-15 mins walkable distance. Rooms are not that spacious, might be uncomfortable for some people. The room service was good and they resolve issues promptly. Overall, its a decent hotel for a short stay. I like the Location of this Hotel, it is situated at the heart of Tambaram, easily reachable from various parts of the city.

The owner and the staffs had a polite attitude. The rooms were really good considering the cost and they have managed the space really well. Only con when I visited was, food facility wasnt present inside the hotel, but they had a policy which allowed Zomato and swiggy delivery to the hotel.

Hi Hotel very good. Staff behaving also very good. But Actually I want to stay morning 6 Am to Evening 6 Pm and That option not available and Only available 12 Pm to 12 Am and So I given extra 300 Rs for early check-in. But no returns for early Check out😔😔 booking charge and check-in charge, Total I payed. So my suggestion please give the option for Check in and check out timing as per customer requirements.Thank you 😊

This place is obviously an old one. However they have tried to maintain it now as much as possible. This is decent place to stay for a couple. How ever the place will feel too small if you have a extra person.Honestly a couple can refresh and come back.Staffs are helpful during our stay.

We rented the party hall for an engagement ceremony. The hall accommodated 60 - 70 people (floating). The place was well sanitized. The ambience and lighting is good. The staff of the hotel are extremely accommodative and helpful.

I experienced some inconvenience. Booked room before 5 days through phone. They have asked to pay on my visit to room. Even on morning I have checked with them, but when I reached there at night, they said there is no vacancy and the room is not booked. In that night I find difficult to book room in another hotel.

No proper service. Only money minded. Even if you pre check-in 30 min before , you should pay them 300/-. While booking, its stated that breakfast available. But they wont give anything. Locks in door isnt working. If you switch on heater, youll get power supply through water.

Room was not clean, bed, pillow and blanket are not clean & had cigarette smell. So many musquitos. AC and water heater was not working.Not had comfortable stay. I wouldnt recommend any one.

Rooms are small for two people. You just have walking space and a bed to crash into.With a small kid, it was really difficult for me. I kept bumping into things.The shower head didnt let out hot water, just cold water. The knob to switch between tap and shower was broken.The bathroom glass partition was hanging on just one hinge. Very poor service from management, they promised to give breakfast, Which was not provided. Staff mr.suresh very unprofessional and un respectful don’t know how to handle simple situations by giving other alternative solution.please be polite enough to ur customers they only brings bread and butter to your plate. Lousy Service, Bathroom not clean, Showers are not cleaned for ages, Buckets provided are moulded with dirt.torn and old Shower Towels and Hand towels are provided.Bed sheets on the bed are torn one.Attitude of the front office is sort of care not one. The only response from them is we will look into.....no courtesy to say sorry and not even bothered to offer fresh towels.While checking out any changes with in Rs.100 to be returned to customers is never given. They simply put the Invoice and hand over. When inquired the answer is no change available.OVER ALL not a place to be recommended. Value for money is ZEROi stayed my self recently for a night on the 16th April 2019

Could be cleaner...not just obvious bits but doors, inside cupboards, skirting boards...Id love a day with the boys and show them how its done ;) â™¥ï¸ Love the boys they are great especially one who helped me a lot.Two reception managers, one is a true gift and helps all he can...the other was rude to me two days, first day I didnt say anything as we all have bad days but 2nd day made it clear I wasnt putting up with it, hotel management are aware as not the first time. I just tried to avoid him but he certainly brings the standard down.

Best suited hotel for a Quick in and out business trips. The rooms are tiny... But clean. Hospitality and customer service is satisfactory but not great. Walkable distance to Tambaram bus stand and Railway station. No restaurant in house but they get you the food outside which tasted ok.Bottomline is cant expect too much for this price. So its nice to stay. No complaints.

Cozy rooms. Right in the heart of Tambaram. All amenities like supermarket, fruit shops, restaurants are nearby. You can get cab easily. The service inside the hotel is average. Price is a bit high compared to the quality of the rooms.

Rooms were ok.On the online booking site, facilities as bathtub and hot water heater are mentioned but none fulfilled.Rooms were small and breakfast want served hot. Further lift not working and toiletries provided were not of good quality. Room cleaning not done in my 5 day stay. Even AC not working.

Tiny rooms - Good location, closer to Tambaram Station. Bit of a walk but not bad. Includes a decent breakfast.Rooms are too small and congested. We were a family of 4. There was no room for the kids to run around. They just have to stay in bed. Bags will occupy rest of the space in the room :)Would be a good option for lone travellers not for a family with kids.Front staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place was alright. The staff were courteous. The ac was moderate. I had the window open still the chilling effect was OK. But there were some aspects which I read in reviews which r questionable. I had booked for a room of 3. But they provided stationary for only 1. The room was rather small for 3. Im still wondering how they managed to squeeze that extra bed. The breakfast was not that great. But its quite fulling. They also gave calls to every room to remind us. Overall I had a good experience. I wished they had a fan in the lobby. I was sweating so much.

The room was simply a breeding ground for mosquitoes! had booked a room for a few hours of sleep before a flight & thanks to the unhygienic conditions & breeding mosquitoes I couldnt even sleep for one hour at a stretch! Such a waste of money! Even if hotel apologizes, they should know that you are providing a mosquito infested room which you already might be knowing about & yet staying ignorant about it! Mosquitoes were literally breeding under the bed, besides the cupboard, in the washroom of course & also coming from beneath the door!

Have checked in for a day. They give 12-12 check in check out to MMT customers. The direct booking customers get 24 hr check out. Rooms were neatly maintained. Served Complimentary South Indian breakfast was good in taste.

Just a small budget hotel with no restaurant. Rooms are pretty small, toilets are even smaller. In rainy season you will feel stuffy in the room with even the AC in on mode. Free breakfast is served for all in their conference hall. I was left without food in a heavy rain condition as the shops closed by were closed and they dont have a food option.Rooms are clean, staffs are well behaved. My suggestion: choose this hotel if only you want to stay in or near Tambaram area.
