I had a good purchase (online) with regard to design and service.The design was unique and the store manager was kind enough to support us via video call and even sent good amount and variety of product pics via WhatsApp. The purchase was smooth.However, found the sarees a bit expensive compared to other silk saree showrooms.

So I have been a big fan of Clio silks for years - every time I pass by their shop in RK salai and look at the sarees on display 😃. But never got a chance to shop there until recently while picking a saree for my MIL online... there were soooo many great options and price was so very reasonable. My co sis and I had a tough time to select one. When I thought how great the collection was, their customer care surprised me more! Hema emailed about the free pico and fall stitching - about the gift wrap etc. She immediately let me know once it was ready for shipping. And also followed up after delivery. Its a very quintessential boutique in Chennai for kanjiavaram silks. I saw their reviews and wanted to check in to the store but I was not sure of buying till I reached their store.i must say there is something in their store where they floor you by the hospitality and collections . I would highly recommend this for proximity and collections . I happened to check their you tube videos and what they show is not even 1 % they have in store . only negative thing I would say is the saris get sold out whenever they update online in their website .

I went there to purchase a wedding saree. First tube I went in, I was not satisfied because I got usual sales pitch. The next time I took my ladies from home. They knew what to look out for and what is the actual worth. The guys are very customer friendly. There are decent design options but quite pricy. If you want to buy for a special occasion for a special someone, I would suggest to give this a try. For regular purchases this might be heavy on your pocket

My daughter purchased a saree here recently as a gift to my wife. We found some minor defects only after 10 to 12 days.
