Amazing nursery for all varieties of plants. The proprietor Ranjendra reddy is an extremely nice person and always makes sure he sends the best plants. I wanted some very specific plants and colors and he gathered everything for me over a months time and delivered. They also have the finest of ceramic planters. A must try place for all plant lovers.

Wonderful variety of plants are available with seeds of vegetables and the soil manure mixture too. Garden decorations are available too. This place is located in Ambattur and you can tell its it by the classy signboard. They have fancy pots , fountains etc...they have many exotic plants and evergreens.....but it is a bit pricey.....overall it was good....

Good collection of indoor and outdoor plants, even they had stock of the rare varties of indoor plants like Monstera Deliciousa, Philodendron gigantam, phildendron Birkin , Manjula pohthos, phildendron black etc and at reasonable prices , very helpful staffs , and lots of beautiful pots . Its better to visit this shop and buy direct than through their website or Instagram.. the collections are updated and can be found only when we go buy directly from them..the plants are very healthy and the nursery maintained very neatly ..

I was initially impressed by the images of the pots and plants on the website and ordered Sanseveria Plant in a Driftwood Planter although the cost was high.I was doubtful of the courier itself as it was shipped through IndiaPost.When i received the package the pot was nothing like the image on the website,and was also damaged in transit.The plant was also damaged with more than half of the leaves torn/damaged.The Buddha idol received was of silver color whereas on the website it was golden.So all in all a very unpleasant experience and and although i informed the same to them i received no response.LESSON LEARNT-never buy this kind of stuff online,and if u have to then buy from amazon or something like that where you can return.

The best shop for plant shopping in the area. The owner is very helpful and has good knowledge of plants. Ive managed to find many a rare plants which I was sceptical to buy online and couldnt find at other nurseries.

We went all the way from Chrompet to Ambattur to buy indoor plants but we are very disappointed with their customer service, when we visited we were not welcomed, he didn’t even show his courtesy to his customer. The employees working their doesn’t know anything about the plants. Only owner knows the price and details of the plants but he was busy with his regular customer and didn’t even try to assist us. Please educate your employees about the plant or else be attentive to every customer.

There are many good garden centres and garden nurseries across Ambattur, but this is one of my favourites.It is a beautiful location to spend time looking around the huge variety of plants they have on offer, as well as a large selection of pots in which to put them.Unlike many garden centres who have felt the need to become destination shopping arenas, The Plant shop have stuck to plants and as such have created a haven for those of us who enjoy looking at plants and buying plants.The nursery is very neatly arranged, and always tidy. Their plants are in helpful sections, so it is easy to find what you are looking for if you have an idea before you go. Very often you will find yourself buying something you didnt know you wanted! It is little wonder they have a good amount of trolleys and baskets as it is very easy to select many plants. It is always a good idea to make sure you have plenty of free space in your car before you go, just in case.The owner is helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to advice on what plants to put where etc. It is a family run business and you can tell.They have a good selection of houseplants, something which is hard to find in garden centres.It is a fantastic place to spend an hour or two if you are in the area, but I would recommend a special visit even if you are not.

My first negative review being an local guide. Considering as an highly rated nursery nearby on Maps and impressed by the way outlet had designed their online sale website, visited the store this afternoon to fulfil my budding gardening interest. As soon as I entered, I had an very pleasant atmosphere where I saw the outlet was spread on huge area looking green all over. When coming to employees to guide customers, Im quite surprised none of them ready to atleast greet or never gather the requirement. I myself had asked an old man who was seeing us that how could this plants can fit into my atmosphere and how much does it cost, he replied I dont know ask that other guy. The other gentleman who was neat on attire seemed to be looking like an lead representative or outlet owner, he was busy on phone for additional 10 minutes and I was waiting for him to address and nothing had happened at last. 🙂 He was neither interested to address or know the requirement of customer.The Plant Shop, if you think this was an unexpected situations that Ive undergone. Im ready to visit your store to experience again and Im ready to correct my rating and share my second experience if you are ready to fulfil customer experience. My three rating was for your website that made me to come to your outlet and the way you designed your store. Loved both of them.

Nice place but poor customer service

Sorry to say that Plant Shop is not Customer Friendly. Have been followed up with them for the past of couple of days to share the Plant Image thro Watts app. They had committed . Now after 3 days when we are following up with them they said its not possible to share the same. I fit is the case they should have informed on our first level discussion itself

The Plant Shop has one of best collection of exotic plants and lot of terrarium varieties. Cactus, Bromeliad, Succulents, Hybrid hibiscus and many more. Worth visiting regularly if one doesnt want to miss rare varieties that he gets occasionally. Prices are reasonable and good value for money.
