I brought mutton from this shop it is fully frozen nd rough. It is old one it is not fresh nd the mutton taste is also worst. So kindly dont get mutton in this shop

This is a good place to buy fresh meat and fish. The prices are slightly on the higher side but the quality is really good.They have a good range of fresh fish. Then there have chicken with a variety of buying options like skinless, skin on, boneless and so on. They have mutton with options like leg piece, liver, curry cut, biryani cut etc. They also have ready to cook items like marinated fish, prawns and meat and ready to fry kebabs. They sell their own brand of fish and chicken pickles too. The meat I bought from here was fresh and tender.The service is really good and the staff pay attention to all your instructions. They are very helpful. For me, service is the highlight of this place.

Even though quality of the product is good but the service provided is not good. They made me to wait nearly one hour ro get the catla fish. And they are not giving proper response also.Those who ordered after me they got the product earlier. Only after shouting to them they responded & given the order in 10 min. Its not fair. Please improve the service especially during Sundays when there will be more demand

They cheat with weight. Today we ordered online 500gm mutton and I picked up from kattupakam branch. When opend the pack at home shocked to see that it was only 326gm.Very bad feeling about tender cuts and their service at our cost. Very bad experience today.

We order online. This used to be reliable service and good quality products. Not anymore. In the last 2-3 months, we were delivered rotten prawns(twice), rotten chicken and eggs (thrice). They either replace or refund the money to Thier wallet when you complain. But today, even their replacement product was rotten. This is highly unacceptable!! I do not want to use your service anymore. I want my money refunded to source account immediately!!

I ordered and paid the money in online and opted for store pick-up. After confirming the order is ready for pick-up when i went there they said the same is not available. The store manager @ Thoraipakkam was the most irresponsible man and not even bothered to reply. I never expected this. I traveled all the way from my residence after paying the toll and found a most disgusting reply from the store that too in a pandemic situation is undigestible, like their chicken!!!!.

Started buying online soon after they started their operations in Chennai.Initially, it used to come from centralized outlet.Once Velachery outlet was open, this outlet started delivering the items ordered online.What worked out for us so far:1. very good quality meat (chicken and goat) and egg2. very very strong adherence to timeline window committed. Never ever saw them coming late for their delivery, not even once in all these years. I am amazed in the way co-ordination happens.3. an extremely well-mannered, and well-behaved delivery team. Whoever is responsible for recruiting and training them needs a round of applause.4. very strong online customer services team who would respond pro-actively on a time-bound manner for all issues reported.Areas where we hope to see improvement1. more varieties of fresh-water fish and option to get them cut as per individual requirements (to the extent possible; possibly more than one standardized options could be explored)2. relatively less no of bones in goat meat - I dont mean boneless meat (we followed-up, then we stopped ordering for few months, but eventually we came back as overall quality of and experience from TenderCut is far far superior compared to other online retailers and we thought we could easily trade-off!! Also, we have observed things have improved on this count in the recent past).Best wishes to the entire team.

Cancelled the order cos of delay in delivery. Waited around 2 hours and the customer care guys was just giving a fake commitments with a simple lie. So decided and cancel order.After reading few more reviews below seems they are doing the same for every other customer.

Fresh meat and fish.. hygienically packed and delivered at door step. I love their service. But if u prefer to go to shop directly and buy meat, be prepare to wait for sometime because of huge crowd and they wont maintain any queue.

Pathetic service. My order which was supposed to be delivered during 9-12 noon was delivered at 02:20 pm. Their customer service executives namely Anand, Mervin kept on providing fake commitments. Finally at 2 they admitted that the service executives are lying. THEY ADMITTED. They treat their customers in a horrible way. And the irony is they done this TWICE to me in 3 weeks. NEVER EVER GONNA ORDER WITH TENDERCUTS AGAIN.

Extremely disappointed. I started using Tender Cuts because I did not want to go out and buy during the COVID19 pandemic. Wanted to stay safe. I placed an order yesterday for chicken. The order was supposed to ave been delivered by today morning before 10:30. I then get a message today stating that there is a delay of upto 90 minutes due to some issue. I was willing to accept the same due to current circumstances. But, as i type this post, it is around 1.23 in the noon and i still have not received the order. In the app it shows that order is out for delivery for more than 90 minutes.  I dont know where the delivery agent is, your customer service team is not responding, your phone number gets cut automatically after saying we will connect you to an agent, i dont have the meat and i am really hungry. Your service is so amazing that you dont let the customer cancel the order as well (i am not complimenting you - i am being sarcastic). Do you expect me to stay hungry while you sort out your issues? Is this how you treat a paying customer. Collect my money and then make me stay silent while you do what you want. I understand that the lockdown has made things difficult for all of us, but this is stretching it and is unacceptable. Swiggy, Zomato and Dunzo are way better than you guys. I know you wont care if i order again or not, but just wanted to let you know that you have caused irreparable damage to your brand in my view and i will never ever order form your gain and will also never recommend you to others that i know.

Poor customer service. Had to wait for long time. There is no queue concept. They dont even worried about the customer who placed the order first. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes to buy just a kilo chicken. They should seriously consider this issue.

Incorrect order delivered ...All unused chicken wings that tasted very bad was delivered instead of my order for biriyani chicken pieces..I was little surprised to see when order was delivered in less than 30 min.. Later did I realize that this was someone elses order that was dumped on me...very bad.. Tried calling multiple times but did not get a response.

Ordered 2 Marinated Fish Tikka & received on time (Service is good) but the quality.. Cooked and tasted the dish.... Chewing... Chewing... Chewing more than 5 mins... i checked my order, is it fish or chicken tikka?! The label shows Fish Tikka. i thought something wrong with the packet. just tried the 2nd pack... again same issue. finally understood i burned my money.

First time I have ordered Chicken on a Sunday. I have waited up to 4 hours but I dont received my order. After that I cancelled my order. I gave second chance by ordering Chicken. This time I received it after 1 hour but they delivered poor quality Chicken. I have stopped ordering in Tendercuts after that. I had bad experience with them 2 times.
