Went to the store after a long travel. But the staff said it was only online orders and no in store shopping. Thats fine, but when asked if they could show me some dresses of my size to see if it fits, (not even asking for trial), they refused. This is not a type of customer service I expected from such branded stores. If there is only online shopping mode, pls specify in your website. Disappointing experience

I should have read the reviews before placing my international Order.Ive ordered dress for my wife 10 Days back, and I tried to reach them to know about my shipment as this is supposed to be as my wifes bday gift. NO RESPONSE from them . Not sure why they have given the contact number & email ID which is not working.WHY you guys are advertising the false info to the buyer..????? Like Immediate shipment,Tomorrow shipment...FAKE INFO****I seriously regret buying in this shop.The least we expect is an proper response from your side to inform the buyer about the shipment as the dresses are expensive though.Finally I was forced to give ONE STAR as google didnt allow me to submit my review without that.

Please dont place international orders with them, they ll never even respond when something goes wrong nor try to resolve it. I saw a saree on their Website which was blue in color in the pictures but the description said it was black. Since it was international order, i wanted to make sure of the color before i ordered so i contacted them on their instagram page. They said it was blue so i went ahead and placed the order. I had also asked them few other queries about another dress i was ordering. The order reached on time, however the saree was black and the other things they said about the dress was also false. I had bought the saree for my mother for diwali who doesnt wear black and was so disappointed already. Then i mailed their so called customer support email explaining everything. Its been 2 weeks, still no reply even after multiple follow up emails. I thought they were a great brand and will be professional,but apparently they are not. I ve just ended up wasting my money with them and frustrated about the whole experience.

Their collections are too good and very much unique ! They customise clothes based on order ! They take 15-20 days to complete the outfit but the output is really good !

This place has a designer collection of womens attire however when we visited, the collection was very limited and number of dresses we picked were damaged - though they pointed that out themselves and stopped us from buying...The collections were bit overpriced for the options available there..👎The staffs were friendly and respond to your queries respectfully..👍Seems like this is run by women and they do put in lot of efforts to run this fighting against all odds like other huge entities in tnagar.. 👍Hope they have a better collections and pocket friendly options next time🤞There is no parking space available for this boutique and you have to park it on the streets somewhere in that area.👎

The customer service was so friendly and helpful(IG) Very satisfied. I bought 2 suits by international shipping. That too was satisfied and fast delivery. The price is too expensive and delayed delivery time.. I have purchased kurtha set from them.. The product is a very very light material and transparent ,no xtra lining for the kurtha. The dupatta material is not cotton and overall not worth for the money paid,.. only designs are unique.. the real one is not matching with the online photo..

I had worst experience with this shop. I reside in US and i tried to order few dress for my wife as a surprise one month before her bday. But till now they haven’t shipped the dress. I have already contacted them via their watsapp number and no response. Then why the hell you have listed that number as Customer support number. I am gonna talk about this in my youtube channel. When you are abroad, pls refrain ordering dress from this shop. Now i ended up not having any surprises for my wife’s bday. Pathetic service!!!

Hey!Had recently gone to purchase some outfits for my daughter. Each outfit was unique curated with exclusive designs and the fabric was so good and my daughter felt too comfortable. Highly recommend the store and the portal.

Great collections and good quality

Had the worst experience shopping here. Went to the store and picked a dress that just needed minor alterations but the staff said theyll arrange a new piece that would be customised. Fast forward to 12-15 days I finally receive the order after repeated follow up on phone. Only to find that it was the same piece I tried on in the store that too with a tear. I insisted multiple times on a refund if the dress couldnt reach me on time as we live abroad and needed the dress either before leaving date or not at all. But they refused. I ended up with an exchange of two dresses I didnt even want to begin with. Very disappointed with the customer service and the entire experience. Will definitely advice against purchasing from Tamara. Photos added.

I have ordered mask after seeing their insta posts.. Not worth for money. Paid 100 per mask. Worst quality. They thought mask is for Fashion. Their mask is not worth to wear in crowd. Those insta pics are full of filter. I really disappointed.

Not satisfied with the Gloria jacket, the jackets inner wasnt stitched. A bigger size jacket inner was stitched and turned into S, the arm is as loose as for an M or L. The quality of the material doesnt feel like Denim.

Tamara is my favorite and trustable place to buy all sort of dress. I think I have minimum 15 collection of them like suits , saree and kids wear 🥳🤩.Dresses will look excatly the same as in the pic and worth for the prices. More then anything awesome customer services, since I am US I had so many requests like exchange etc they revert back as soon possible. My all time favorite shop to buy dresses and Sarees.

I could have read the reviews before placing my online order. My bad! My parents are going to send me a package to US ,so last month I ordered 2 outfits from Tamara. Its been more than 20days since I placed my order. No updates or reply for my messages! No one is responding about my order. This is really a very bad customer service. I didn’t receive my outfits yet so I’m not reviewing about the quality of the product .Once I receive it I’ll post a review about the material and stitching.

Worst customer service. I purchased few silver earrings in June and one of the pairs got damaged during delivery. Reached out immediately and they said it will be replaced and then after 3 months they said they cant replace but will refund the amount. But so far no response. I would have preferred a timely response and a genuine one if they cant refund/replace that would be totally fine with me as I understand logistics to USA is tough during this pandemic. But they kept giving me reasons and finally no response.I would not recommend anyone online shop from here as their packaging is bad and there is no guarantee that you will receive your items safely.

This is a hard to find spot located,located inside a small street .They have their very limited collection of women merchandise (mostly ethnic ).The price range on an average is well above 3k for a single piece of cloth and nothing less than that .Few pieces are classic ,yet I feel on the whole every merchandise is over priced .Visit freely but think well before you buy.One good things is that they deliver .

Extremely pricey and overrated for the quality we got.. myntra or Jabong vll have better designs and quality for the price we put in.No proper lining and material looks cheap. Instagram pics are just edited and filtered pics, no where matching with the real ones.

We gifted a silver necklace for our friends marriage and she loved it. Tamara staffs were friendly enough to guide us over call by giving us good suggestions for gifting and also gift wrapped and sent it to Bangalore the very next day!

I m very regular to Tamara, bought festive dresses and always been the best. I saw some reviews complaining about fading away in washes , it’s not a everyday dress and needs maintenance, I have always done drywash and it looks the same ever since I bought! They have the best collection of dresses and silver jewellery without any doubt.

Best Cloth and Best fit . Every occasion Starts with Tamara. Mostly i dont have interest to buy cloths for Sister. But after here its changed.

Best go to place for a pretty gown within optimal price. In case your mother , sister , girlfriend or wife is hunting for one take them here and you would not be disappointed.

Very less collections.

I had been there a couple of weeks back along with my daughter. We had high hopes and wanted to get a few dresses for my daughter who lives in the US. The collections were very normal and not something which they shoe cased in the net and none were interested in helping us shortlist items and do business. There was a video shooting going on and people were busy with that which could have been done in off hours. Not a good experience and not worth a choice.

I am from Bangalore and I ordered for silver necklace and when I received there was one stone missing. I immediately got their number and complained about it and the fact that they had given a cheap black thread for red necklace. I paid 16 thousand for it. I have still not received any response in regard to my complaint. Feel cheated because the product doesnt look worth the money I paid. I am never shopping with them again.

Quaint little place which houses a lot of fashionable dress for ladies. Have a huge collection of custom designed dress and are reasonably priced. Well known to the Instagram community and they do most of their business through Instagram. They provide door to door deliveries as well. Range starts from as low as 1200 to 8k and above depending on the materials that we choose and the design. Good place to go to if you want to shop take your girlfriend to shop for something special or buy your best friend a gift!

Extremely overrated ..the material was looking so dull and cheap . The instagram pics looks so fascinating but the original dress is no way near .

Bought gold plated silver jewellery from Tamara, they house PraDe silver and it looks the best with my silk sarees and my goto piece for every function. I strongly recommend these two brands

Extremely bad experience in online shopping . Ordered a product in their website and got confirmation of payment and the order. After being 12 days, i wrote to them enquiring about the product still not received. Only after then, I got reply from them that they are out of stock and it will take another 12 days without any prior notification about the delay before. So please dont do online shopping in their site especially if you need it in their mentioned delivery date. You wont get any notification about the delay nor you will receive it in the mentioned delivery date.

Best to visit them on a weekday afternoon, as shop is not crowded and the service is good. They have most collection from their Instagram page, but sizes we have to make order only. Overall good for last minute shopping for some event. Not grand ones, but pretty cotton ones. Must visit if in chennai.

We have visited the showroom and placed an order on 8th of June and paid the full amount. Its been 20+ days now and the product havent been delivered yet. They have only one contact number mentioned in both their website and invoice copy. That number will be 90% of times switched off and 9% of the time wont attend calls and remaining 1% will attend the call, asks for the order number, will say that we have already shipped your order and will share the tracking details shortly. After that no response and the same cycle repeats. Not only calls no response for your messages too.About their showroom. They only have a very limited collections than they show on their website. Those too will be in only one size. So you cant try anything as you wish. They will mostly ask us to place the order online or in-store which thay used to say well ship it which will never happen (above paragraph is a proof of that). Its simply waste of time to visit their showroom.One thing, you may have celebrities as your customers and project the same for your advertisement purpose on your Instagram, Facebook pages and on your website, but you should provide genuine and reliable service to your other customers too.
