Visited the store, they checked my foot landing and gave me a genuine suggestion to look for a particular shoe which they did not have at that time. I went to another store and tried out their suggestion. It was a good match. Thanks for being so genuine.

First, this place is not worth your time. Substandard quality! Places like this are deserving of a fatal economic blow. Will not even bother to go and return it (for them to keep it).

They deal with running gear and thats it! Its replicated on specialized stores in the US. A small run on the treadmill helps them give you an assessment if you are flat foot, under or over pronated and accordingly suggest shoes for you. They can also get you regular and extra wide shoes, which is not the case in a regular store.The place is easy to find and get to, however no parking for cars except on side streets. 2 wheelers and cycles are ok inside the complex. Wish they didnt mark up the shoes as much, and make it within reach of more customers than a select few !

They also have running accessories, fitness trackers, supplements and loads of other things related to running. Sriram who is working there took such keen interest in getting me the right pair of shoes. I came to this shop after having serious foot pain from running long distance on the road. It was likely because of having the wrong shoe. But Sriram analyzed my gait barefoot and with different shoes on and he finally helped me picked the perfect shoe. I have no foot pain now. Great store and kind employees.

I recently bought a pair of Hoka One One. They have limited stock but brands which arent easily available elsewhere. Especially, if you are into professional running. Unfortunately, the staff wasnt hospitable and service was poor. The assume that the every customer who comes to their shop has no knowledge of shoes. No explanation is also given on why they dont want the customer to buy a particular pair. Attitude needs to be better — when you are running a specialised shop.

A genuine shop for all your running requirements, especially for shoes. Ive never seen any footwear outlet analysing each customers feet before suggesting shoes. They measure your feets length and breadth and suggest according to your running technique, which is very unique.

Running lab is my go to store for any running needs for past few years...may I be shoes, hydration, protein etc... They have shoes from ON, Saucony, Brooks, NB, Vibram etc..if u r doubtful of what type fits you, then Mr.Sriram will let u try some and help you decide.

Its a small store. No shoes for wide feet. If you have wide feet, better go somewhere else. Very less options here. The staff is decent. They do gait analysis before suggesting shoes. If you are a serious runner & have any doubts they can clear them. The prices are high, they make more than 50% margins per shoe as they charge at MRP.

Very best place to buy running shoes ..Nice ambiance and nice staff they first understand our purpose of the shoe and based on this they suggested the shoes. Also based on our feet whether its a flat feet or broad feet they suggest suitable shoes.

Too good ultimate place for sports footwear.

They dont have an online presence.Also their shoes are not from the common sports brands available. Thats their selling point. High quality shoes which are not easily available.However the staff is quite lazy when it comes to selling itself. I swore I would have purchased a shoe if there was some convincing done.

A place every runner should visit. Store owner/ manager explains you everything clearly. U get almost top 5 international shoe brand shoes out there. U also get other high quality running accessories, Nutrition, energy gels, socks, headbands, waistband, mobile holders etc.. This is just my first visit. Probably if we spend more time u learn new stuffs.. They also do run analysis and suggest appropriate shoes.. On the other side, its a bit costly but u wont regret after purchase.

Great place to buy a shoe. They not only sell good shoes but also educate the customers genuinely on what to and what not to do while shopping for a new pair. They also have facilities to find out what shoes fit your running style. Parking might be a little tricky and might be difficult to get one during peak hours.

The people at the store are very polite and professional. They analyse our feet and our walking / running pattern and advice us accordingly. New Balance is one among the famous (expensive) brands they have.The same model both at the store and online (indian site) will have a considerable price difference as they are imported. A ₹8k pair would cost ₹5.5k-₹6k online, a point to consider.

Good place to find running gear. High performance gear also available. Off street parking available. The guys at the shop are quite helpful. You can do a trail run on the treadmill and get a small analysis from the staff and view the video. Their recommendations are quite reasonable. The collection is a bit on the low side with lack of colour options and latest models. Some good performance gear related to running is also available. Since most items are imported price is on the higher side. Store is heavy stocked on ASICS brand. With dearth of dedicated running equipment stores in south India...Running Lab is a great one stop shop.

The Gait analysis done here is useful to find out the type of running shoe to buy. The various width options available for each shoe size is a big plus! Lots of running gear and accessories. I enjoy using the toe socks i bought here - comfortable running wear

Excellent showroom for mainly athletes who wants to safe guard their body by using wrong shoes. Expert Technical analysis by way of making u run in treadmill, film it, tell u the type of shoe what is required for posture correction and getting out from pain in foot when running. Cost is little bit more but worth when compared to health.

It is good to visit this shop before you run for more than 10kms. Knowledgeable and helpful but on expensive side. If the price is affordable, I strongly recommend to buy proper running shoe and it is good place for it

Hi I had been to Singapore store to buy some running gear and got impressed with the store and assumed that it would be the same across the globe. I had been to Chennai store, I got a product(Asics shorts)they didnt allow me to try at the store therefore I tried at home and found that the shorts was one size small, when I tried to exchange they neither exchanged with a new size nor refunded my money. And the store manager was so rude.. the product is with him now... This is so annoying..

A Great shop for runners and one of the few places in chennai where they do Gait Analysis.They sell wide and extra wide shoes based on the shape of ones foot.They sell 8.5 and 9.5 sizes too which arent available in other shops.

They ask us to run on run on the treadmill take a video of it and the they recommend us to buy a particular type of shoe , this was an unique experience for me and I simply loved it of you are a marathon runner this place is a must visit

A very bad experience so far. They were not able to get a replacement of the shoe which was promised 6 months back and neither they are able to refund the money. My ordeal started on November 2017 and still continues. I would suggest runners to check other stores first and turn to them for last resort. This is at the running labs, Indiranagar, Bangalore store.

Bunch of jokers trying to pass themselves off as shoe experts. They havent the slightest clue about gait analysis and its a sham to try to sell you the most expensive shoe. I could forgive that, but the criminal thing is that they push stability shoes to neutral runners which ends up causing damage to your running and more than a few acquaintances (as well as myself) have ended up with injury because they recommend the wrong kind of shoes. Avoid like the plague, better to stick to brand stores.
