Very good range of products and friendly, technically well-versed sales people. Went to buy iPhone12 there but the price was too high compared to Flipcart (a difference of Rs 12K) and I made my final purchase on Flipcart. But iPhone could be just an exception, in general I like shopping at Reliance Digital and have made many purchases there before. Special mention to the service manager madam who helped me relocate the Samsung AC from my old flat to new house a few days before. Excellent customer support, specious showroom.

All Available At One place. Parking is good. Competitive prices.

Ofcourse it is a one stop for all goods. No doubts no complains. But what about customer care? The staffs do not guide you, they barely move to help. After billing we need to load the stuffs ourselves back inside the cart and push it down to the exit then get the car and load the stuffs. We purchased items for 18300 rupees on 5/9/2021. But not a soul came forward to help load the things from your shop. Do not boast your goods. First learn customer service then rest everything will follow. Make sure the staffs guide the customers and help them load the purchased items. Disappointed!

Very good place. Placed In between Porur to valasaravaakkam main road. Underground vehicle parking. Arrangements in reliance smart is excellent.

Departmental store with a good collection of regular home essentials and other needs.Vegetables and fruits are stale, not a good place to get fresh grocery items.Good for processed and packaged products.Pricing is average.Occupies ground and first floor with escalator access.Customer service is just okay.

Not all the items exist here but almost all.Parking is available but limited.If U observe carefully many items are better price than Dmart price.

Like any other regular reliance from the super market perspective. Its big, spread across two floors and has a choice of almost everything for our kitchen supply, cosmetics, other toiletries and dressing needs. One particular thing to call out would be a decent parking they have for both bikes and cars.. Its within premises and is a safe place to park your vehicles.. They could improve a bit on the billing and weighing section. It is generally crowded and normally has some commotion..All in all a good place to get your needs...

Power failure in the shop was a black dot. Only cash payments made the things worst. No air conditioning

Ample car parking available inside the store compund. Bike parking allowed outside the mart. Plenty of products available close to Porur, Lakshmi Nagar bus stop. People around Porur can do shopping groceries etc. Reliance Fashion also there which they started recently worth buying at low cost for t shirts for men and kids also for ladies

Yes it is absolutely smart!.. here we can purchase that much what quantity of groceries and vegetables that one is beauty for bachelor, very good atmosphere, no waiting ques for bill counters as it has many bill counters, reasonable price.

Store shoping has always been good. Today I went to Reliance smart at Arcot roadBut in this situation.......this morning I saw unloading staff without wearing face mask or gloves. I informed the store staff who was there around but when I came out of Reliance smart still those same unloading staff were working without masks or gloves. Isnt it a risky deed for Reliance staff themselves....and then us who shop there.Government is screaming to follow safety measures. I have no words more to express.......

If we go at 5.00 PM, the security staff, security manager, transport manager say their time is upto 05.00. One transport manager suggested to go to Big Bazaar! Dont have iota of brains that they living because of customers. Shame!Reliance has a great name and fame. These uncultured, uneducated and rowdy staff ar Reliance, Porur, Arcot Road are spoiling the name. Hope the head of Reliance smart kick these uncultured Security staff and rowdy managers and save reliance.

There was no proper boards to guide us. One of the staff was not wearing mask and sneezing around. Enough space needed for people to move trollies.
