I am a NRI. Recently ordered # 39723 garments thru on line and shipped outside of INDIA . The shipping charge found to be 50% more and Pothys is not providing the actual bill apart from several request .The fact here is that Pothys chelating NRI customers as the excess payment was confirmed thru DHL and same weight garments purchased for the same destination at Pothys boutique. The cost of the garment and quality is literally not worth and the cheating is eligible for consumer action thru consumer forum. NRI are advised not to go for on line purchase with this kind of fraudant shop . The customer service at Pothys is worst and unprofessional

Horrible experience, have placed order 2 weeks ago on their site. Have already made payment. But no update after that. All the numbers they said they will get back. But none got back and now they are not answering my calls. My 5000 Rs have hone in drain. Never place a order from their site.
