Always a pleasant time here. The staffs are very professional and helpful. They dont force to sell you anything. Thier experience is the highlight here. I had bought two of my phone here in the past 4 years and never been disappointed. They also service and its very quick. I got my screen replaced in less than 3 hours under warrenty. They have a separate room for one plus TV experience. All accessories also available here

Better to get service from outside with original parts. Got my screen replaced and received it back with damaged power button and service center says it was an existing issue which I am 100% sure it was not. Devices are good but ultimately it is the service that really shows true colours of the company. For me everything about 1+ was good until I got in touch with service folks. Anyways company is going to dogs slowly and I am jumping the ship.

Happy with the service offered here at the OnePlus store in Pheonix mall. Got an entire motherboard changed for my 8T in just a day without any hassle. Staffs are kind, courteous and professional. Kudos to Ashpak and Joel for solving my problems. Please ask for them when you go to this center.

Approach and sale was good and quick. They didnt waste time forcing us to buy other products. Coffee machine was on but unfortunately the person working was absent, so i couldnt get coffee. Worst experience .. worst service. They make you wait for an hour to get a token..another hour for logging user details and complaint into their system and a whole day for servicing your phone. Recommend not to visit if you have other priority tasks for the day

Had been for a volume button issue. The service guys charged only for cleaning the dust, very honest guys. Work was clean and they delivered the phone in the promised timeline (2hrs). Nice experience.There was a long queue though.

I cant say Ive had a good experience with one plus itselfThe camera on my 7 pro stopped working (right in the middle of the lockdown) which is apparently a one plus issue but I had to pay in full to get it fixedI had to make like 5 - 6 trips to the store before they decided to take pity on me and help me outThat being said, Vijay, the customer service executive who handled my issue in the end was really amazingHes the reason Im giving this five starHe took it upon himself to fix my phone and despite the required parts not being available, he arranged them from somewhere within a day and personally called to inform me that the parts were available and I could come get my phone fixedHe also got the job done in just 1 hour!Thank you so much Vijay for your dedicated service :)

The experience store is above the sales (which is in the ground floor). The moment you enter the service centre, you need to get a token which would be confirmed through a SMS. All updates related to the service call would be updated through SMS so it is very useful. The system they have in place is good. But due to the pandemic there are very less seats and they provide very less numbers of tokens. There is a high probability that you might have to return back without getting a token. The service itself is good and can be tracked through the app.

Iam a user of Oneplus Nord.My screen Got damaged so i want to replace my screen under my screen damage protection plan so i booked an appointment on july 15 a week before itself i booked on pheonix mall oneplus experience store. I travelled from Thiruvarur to chennai almost 350kms for that purpose only.i waited along time At 11 am one guy named joel i rmbr he told there is no stock available.he did nt respond me properly at he was walking away and im following him and asking wen the stock ll come...he not even stand at oneplace and respond me properly.tats the very worst behavior.i didnt expect this from oneplus.i contacted other store. (tnagar,vr mall )They r responding properly.still i didnt even claimed my protection plan.its expiring on aug 31. Iam Helpless.Learn to respect your customers.

Desirous of updating to OnePlus 9 Oro, budget permitting. It was on display and goes in sale from 1st April 2021. Mr Andrew from the Store provided with all details requested.
