I have to write abt this shop.guys right from the entrance ie from the parking staff- and the parking manager this place is filled with rude people.they wil judge u in which car u arrive like ppl in mercedes or big SUVs r given A class treatment which I dnt have a problem with,bt if u arrive in a car like idid swift desire the guy name Raju and other one on the parking started fighting with us and said that u cannot park ur car here where as the other cars were parked just parallely to our car and so we asked that for what our car cannot b parked as other cars r also parked in same place they said those cars can b parked! we werent able to make out d reason for this disparity bt then I noticed ppl arriving in big cars and ordinary cars acc to the staff thr r given differential treatment and even before we cud enter the shop we felt illtreated with actions and words n,when I asked the name f parking staff he told my name is raju and go and tell my name inside I dnt care! Can u believe someone talking to u like this dat clearly reflects that d entire management is disrespectful otherwise wat cud b the possible reason of a parking security person speaking like so fearlessly n rudely he was so confident while speaking this words whch clearly shows that d entire staff is prudently picked from a bunch f illetrates, disrespectful ,liars,rude people,,!!! And we went inside ntold the first floor manager Chetan he then conversated with someone over phone ( just he was acting )and just gave a cold reply that guard is temporary just for ten days.,which was a lie ,bt even if u assume it to b d truth that implies that a temporary parking guy has full right to insult and speak, fight with customer for no issue.but m sure if someones goes after an year too the parking staff will have that illbehaved guy Raju who passes comments on customer.to mention Raju was telling to his partner in front f us that these guys should not give parking facility itself actually he was telling to us indirectly..also to mention the staff inside the store is v judgemental they treat u acc to the clothes u wear for ex I went to lehenga section to have a look for lehenga I asked price f one set the guy gave me such a response in a tone telling me indirectly that y r u even asking the price f this lehenga when u cant even afford it.i mean he looked at my clothes first before replying me.n all f it is v well informed to the store manager Chetan!guys thr is no respect fr customer here treatment is v differential.I wish I cud have called some policemen nearby when the parking person was passing comments at me when we didnt even enter the store and to mention I had made purchasing on 12 th Oct and on 17 th I went to pick my peice after alternation.DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE, we have other stores in Chennai.who dnt give this treatment .y the staff and parking people have such attitude they r not giving clothes for free that we need to feel insulted.this was my first and last visit.the person at the lehenga section showed me such a bad look on 12 th for which I informed the manager and when I went to pick up altered set on 17 th evening- parking guy Raju along with one more guy started arguing and fighting for absolutely no reason.pls keep a police number on the dial,or else go on ur own risk u must wear ur respect on ur sleeves while planning a visit I wont enter this store n will share my experience in all poss public platforms . I dont await response from this store as the manager Chetan already knows how we felt bt he took no action rather spoke another lie.also wil show my slip f purchase aswell as alteration slip here if they deny this .this store is filled with arrogant illetrates ,rude ,disrespectful ,liars .can u imagine a security person judging a person arriving in swift dzire as if he is some Tata Birla and imagine a sales staff judging u over lehenga price as if he wears clothes f several lakhs each day ! People like sales staff and parking staff security staff judging u .shame at such sick people and thr sick mentality.get well soon mokshaa staff!

If you are looking for designer wear this is the right place to opt. Collection is really awesome and so the staffs. Cristina and geeta were really very polite and had so much patience to let me think and try the beautiful outfits.

They have wonderful collections, but strongly never going to this place again for their customer service. They are soo judgemental. Their response and respect depends on your range of purchase and your dressing. Only money speaks. They dont allow us to take pictures, they come with us to the trial room and check if we are clicking pictures. Same happened in kora too when we went to purchase for the groom, they judge the customer with looks and treat them that way which soo annoying their attitude depends on looks and how costlier the customer is purchasing. Over all very disappointing experience

Mokshaa has a wonderful collection of lehengas. The designs were fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. My lehenga was eventually tailored to my exact measurements. Beautifully crafted! This is a fantastic location for wedding shopping.They also have a range of formal shirts for men that I believe are of excellent quality and are reasonably priced. Once again, their alterations and fitting are flawless.Christina madam deserves special mention because she was really pleasant and helpful. She made the whole experience easy for us.To summarise, I highly recommend this place.

The bridal outfit that I bought for my daughter . There were a few corrections to be made. The designer has done such a wonderful job. Made our day. They also have a good collection of chudidhars at reasonable prices. Very nice experience we had. Will visit again. Thank you to the moksha team . Anitha and christine were very sweet .

Cheating place !! Please be careful. This place is of the same management as KORA in College Road, opp to Meteorological centre and behind Shastri Bhavan.They will show the suits with one rate. The moment you like it and finalise it, they will remove the shirt from inside and say Shirt is extra at Rs. 4000. They will remove the Waist Coat and say it is Rs. 5000 extra. They will pant bit from inside and saya pant is extra at Rs. 5000.The worst trick is they will tell you the price shown was for 42 size. Yours is 44. So 30% extra.Absolute Cheats !! Please be careful..

Sucha irresponsible shop with respect to delivery. At the time of purchase they greet you with full smile n make their products get selled. But during the time of delivery ( when an alteration is given) they make th customer wait like a dog and take their own time even wen the delivery date is given. The product for alteration will b untouched even after the delivery date if provided. Sucha worst experience with MOKSHA. Totally unsatified!!!!!!

Good collections and unique. Liked the dresses especially when it comes to party wear. Female have more better collections than men. But the staff at times are not helpful. Understand if they are busy with other clients but I have noticed only when are sure of picking up the dress they show keen interest otherwise they are not bothering to help. Expensive, but you will surely find something you like. Staff were very helpful. We went there for my sister’s wedding shopping in the last minute and we ended up buying clothes for both of us. One of the dresses needed minor alterations and they understood the urgency, made the changes and shipped the dress directly to the wedding location free of cost. They have exceptional service.

A good place to shop if youre looking out for wedding or events as such. Its expensive but has a lot of varieties. The saree collection is very good. Suits varieties are good but in comparison to saree I personally felt it was less. They have both traditional and contemporary sarees and if youre not on a tight budget string then this is definitely a place you can buy. The staff is helpful. The tailoring is very expensive and should not be taken up if youve got other options. For 1350₹ stitching charges for a blouse its nothing great. Although the fitting is fine, it still is an exorbitant price to pay !

Collections were good, but there were two issues.1. They didn’t have all sizes, so we couldn’t buy most.2. The Attenders were rude, not courteous. After all we’re customers and we expect the best of treatment, but the way they handled was as if they’re doing a favour for us. Especially the attender in the Kids Section, behind the Cashier on ground floor.You need to improve point number 2, mostly, we came today in the afternoon and we had to cut short the purchase because of rude and impolite handling by your staffs. Otherwise whatever models and designs you may have, it would be of no use.

Good place for taking wedding dress slightly expensive

Mokshaa is one of my favourite brand for buying ethnic wear. It has plenty of designs which are very latest and unique.They believe in good ambience and good quality in their store which automatically pull the customers to visit. Although I have tried many store if I have to buy anything in ethnic but the colour combination and designing, I get in Mokshaa, I dont get anywhere.Customer service is also very good.

Super costly. I have visited two time here, both during weddings of relatives. Its quite upscale place and costly. But they do justification for that with their designs and service. But after sales service and fitting adjustments are a trouble part. We had problems with the fitting and more than 4 times its altered. Finally we decided not to go with it and argued a bit to get our refund in the form of cash voucher and after two years we used it. Worth the visit if you looking for current fashion and great collection of dresses.

The place does have a lovely collection of saris and dresses ano doubt. But I found the prices high. My experience was not good. Did not find the staff helpful. I dare say that I found them a little judgemental. I did not feel like I could take my time there. My experience a couple of years ago in the Mens section was far better. But in the sari section...? I for one will spend my money elsewhere.

Bought a bridal lehenga here and ordered for a belt to be stitched, obviously the cost is extra (4500 rs.) when i received the belt it was not what i had asked for and I visited them multiple times to change it but my end result was very poor, they had simply cut up a border without finishing a neat stitch. (When a belt is as expensive as this, i would expect it to be neat at least)

Has a wide variety of clothings mainly for kids and also available for women. The price could be decreased for most of the item as it was too high. If price was lower would definitely recommend it. More varieties of clothing for women could be added.

I used to think this place mainly catered to women, especially for special occasions. But their Mens section is equally good. Their stock is more classy compared to the glitz of MeBaz and Manyavar, with a lot of choice in cottons and linens. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They also do alterations for free. Check them out if there is a wedding in the family.

Very limited collection of designer wear. Surprisingly a great place for kids fashion. You cannot come out without buying one for your little ones.

Im from Singapore 🇸🇬I got my henna night and nikkah reception outfit from mokshaa chennai in Jan 2019. wedding was on april 2019 and got my blouses stitched on time by march so kudos to ur efficiency 👍🏻 The outfits were so beautiful got alot of compliments and everyone loved them!! My mum and her sisters got their sarees frm mokshaa also! Thank you so much to the whole team :)) will definitely visit again :)

They have good collection but for they are very specific that we should not take photos. On top of it, they send their attender inside the dressing room to check if we are clicking photos. Usually is so annoying. When you are buying a bridal wear, you cant buy unless showing it to family. It is tough purchasing in this store unless your entire family is with you.

Perfect place for designer collections for womans and mens

Heard about their reputation for unique designs in comparison with Man Mandir. My recent visit to their store has disappointed me immensely. Nothing unique and over priced clothes. My advice is to save your time and money by not going to this store.

Different collection

Customer handling nd service was good. One thing here is, price was high, we have noticed that the same cloth with same design in another shop with lesser amt than this place.

Bad customer service....whoever it maybe a simple looking lady or a big shot lady...or a window shopper...customer is a customer...most of buisness people fails to understand this....basic respect for a customer is the secret of success pls understand that...u may take examples from max fashions and lifestyle in tamilnadu!! And look at resident shops like saravana store which serves rich as well as poor....they are successful entrepreneurs...learn to be polite...dont underestimate anyone....

Collection is good !! But alteration sucks here !! This is the 10th time I am coming here with my sister to get her clothes !! And still they have fitting issues !! Pathetic attitude of the employees !!

Shopping in Mokshaa is very beautiful and I love Mokshaa. I came to see some Kurtis for myself and there was so many collections in Kurtis. It was excellent to shop in Mokshaa.
