Recently bought almost the last Imac in chennai. Mr.Vimal was very supportive and informative on the demo and for purchasing it. Never went to service here, so check with someone for services.

Very poor response, false promises, escaping the committment, please don not buy Apple products, I have purchased I-Pad Air2 in 2015, battery not working properly since 2019, they said by paying 140000 rupees they can replace with new one, after sometime they reversed & said not possible to replace since it is Vintage model. Very painful to throw in trash {They said I-pad products not repairable, just keep the product just because of Apple product =Dust bin}

I was little hesitant to go there due to so many negative reviews, but had no other option since malls are closed and most other authentic resellers happen to be inside malls. Useless place… Impatient and poorly motivated staff… Ambience is good and it ought to be that way ( It’s Apple people). I ain’t going again, will wait for other centre’s to open…

One of the worst service center,My phone had problem in earpiece I know pretty well it requires only dust cleaning but the service guy just diagnosed the phone and said it requires general service which will cost Rs1000 or more from there I immediately went to I CARE TTK road they immediately diagnosed the phone and said that it’s bez of dust.The charges will be Rs.600This service people are real cheaters plz don’t trust them.

I bought my airpods on 17th March 2020 in Future World , Annanagar. For the past 2 to 3 weeks it wasnt working properly and i took this to the shop today to get it rectified. But the service guy who checked the Airpod device straight away came back to say one airpod should have spoiled and that must be replaced for Rs.7000/-.I came back and chatted with Apple directly and the issue got resolved.The issue was the ios update and i was happy with the support team.Future world service guy communicated me by saying about the replacement with Rs.7000 without checking this. If the same thing happens in future, Apple will have a bad impression.

Need to be more customer friendly, May be due to the Pandemic and lockdown timings , the Apple experience is missing

Bought original Macbook charger for 7.5k1.5 years later stops working. Called up the store. Store rep says warranty over buy a new one for 7.5k again. Not picking up calls thereafter. Wonderful response and service.

I went to this store for the past two days regarding the service. They are around 15 members working there, but they are not following any social distancing and other government guided precautionary measures there. Even they are not providing santizers for customers while entering the shop. I did not expect this much carelessness and worst maintenance in this situation, even small shops maintaining good customer services by following proper government guidelines....Worst

Nice place to buy genuine Apple products. They have the latest version of iPhone, iPad, Mac and Mac book. There are a lot of genuine accessories available too. The display of products in the showroom is appealing. Decor is neat. Staff was good in explaining the features and helpful. Service is good. Car-parking is available.

THESE GUYS ARE CHEATSI took my Macbook Air 2017 Model to get it serviced due to the problems with display. The service person received my laptop but couldnt produce a bill then due to computer problems. When I contacted the service center after one day, they did not even have a recollection of the laptop given for service. I drive down to the center and demanded the status and then the service person went inside to fetch my laptop.He informed that there were issues with the Main Logic Board (MLB) and there was no other options but to replace it. It would cost Rs.44,000 plus taxes. At the same time there were two other people with me in the service center waiting for a mac and iphone to be serviced. While he informed the person with the phone that it would cost them Rs. 55,000 due to mother board issues, the owner of the mac was charged a similar amount as mine. When asked about the reason, he informed that we hadnt used the device in a while in the lockdown and that perhaps could have led to this.Suspecting malpractice, I opted out of the service and took my laptop back. I have since then travelled to Bangalore and take my Macbook Air to an authorized service center. The Mac was diagnosed with liquid damage and for a total price of Rs 9000 ( inclusive of consulting charges and tax), it was serviced. This service center also informed that the screws on the back of the Mac showed no signs of being opened. Thus I CAN CONFIRM THAT FUTURE WORLD HAD TRIED TO CHEAT ME ( AND PERHAPS OTHER CUSTOMERS TOO) , JUST TO EARN A COUPLE THOUSAND BUCKS.I wouldnt recommend anyone going to this center. Please opt for other service centers

Best store for buying and servicing iphones...friendly staffs...special editions are easily available here...but they do sell apple care products saying its mandatory to buy...though we know its a target for them to sell apple care products😂..other than that its a friendly store...!!

Service team is treating customers as a unwanted people. They told to come 11 am to 2 pm for service. But now they are telling today 15 token is over and come by tomorrow. And also accessories service is not available now till 17th August. Over the phone they told that to come to service. Unprofessional way of approach. Even place is their to sit inside they asked me to stand outside to get token. I repeatedly told that after permission only I sat because of leg pain. The service person who told me to stand outside didn’t wear mask. I felt humiliated by the service person. After standing outside I didn’t get any response. So I walked out from Future world with humiliated feeling. Bye bye future world

Not customer friendly, hides charges. They didnt explain the OneAssist program at the time of purchase. Now they say that processing fees is required to be paid to replace the product. What was the use of paying Rs. 3800? Now total cost comes to nearly Rs. 6000!

They have only display models. They will ask u to pay and come back later to collect or say we will deliver it at ur place. Didnt like the way the service personal interacted. Didnt look like he wanted to make a sale.

I am not sure how this store is running in profit with such an attitude from sales person. I went to buy 2 iPhones, the sales guy was really not helping me out or attended me. After attending he was very impatiant to discuss finance options. So ultimately went to the other premium reseller in Annanagar and bought my stuff.Future world, if you are listening, please train your staff some personality development, it is really ruining Apples image.

The dont have all products and currently no emi facility

Bought 2 iPads ( 7th generation and mini 5) and airpods 2nd gen... airpods had the loose lid defect and they still refused to replace the item! They want more time it seems to check the product... my question is why would you wanna delay the process when its clear your product has a defect?

Excellent service and good price to buy Apple products

We went to the store yesterday and the shutter was just slightly brought down but the moment we got off our car, this salesman runs inside and puts off the light to show that they were closed but actually they werent. Only because they saw customers, especially two kids, they decided that it was time to close the shop. Politely informing us that they were closed would have befitted the Apple brand or the name of the store for that matter. 5 star products being sold in a single star store.

Bought an iMac at pretty decent rate. Working perfectly fine for the past 4 months. They have got many Apple products for sale like iPad, iPhone, iWatch, Apple 4K TV, etc. The showroom ambience and design are more attractive to get a mindset for buying anything u see. Staff are polite and very friendly. I really think that everyone who visits this place could never leave without buying anything. Except when u are an Apple pricing hater.

BEWARE ABOUT THIS CHEATER GANG!!! Gave my iphone (within guarantee period) for repair. Service guy opened up the phone without my consent and dropped some liquid inside.Funny part is my iphone got blank screen four months back and now this guy showing me the inside of the phone in wet condition. He also could not explain how water might have entered a waterproof phone.I got back the phone and gave it to iCare service in Skywalk mall. They replaced the spares free of cost. iCare were the TRUE PROFESSIONALS.YOU CHEATERS FUTURE WORLD IDIOTS!!!Even though my phone is within guarantee period, they would charge for the spares replacement from me and then claim the spares free of cost from Apple.
