Its just okay.. stock is not updated after COVID lockdown

All the collection of watches that u see on fastrack site is not available. But good service by the staff.

Worst service center. Last week I went to titan fastrack service centre at T-Nagar for my fastrack smart watch service, which I bought few months before from fastrack showroom velachery 100ft road(few weeks before Ive visited this branch also for same issue, zero Response from staff and they even dont bother). There is a problem with the watch sensor. I waited for more than 2 hours to reach customer service desk person. Theyre simply attending the phone calls and chatting with the colleagues. Thats it. I didnt expect this from titan.

I had gone in to the store with some fast track gift cards and personnel at the store were extremely rude. I really think that a major brand like Titan/ Fast-track need to rethink if this is the kind of shoddy uncouth service that they provide to all customers.dont bother going to the store! war zones make you feel more welcome

Good selection of watches, sunglasses and bags on sale. The staff are courteous and respond well.

The fast track store at Pondy bazaar is a terrific place to shop. Right from the time I stepped in the whole experience was nothing short of awesome. Sujit, the owner of the store was kind enough to personally attend on me as the other sales personnel were busy with other customers. He spent a lot of time explaining about the product ( watches ) and made sure that I was completely satisfied before I picked mine. There was no hurrying or trying the close the sale stuff. He also offered to send me details about future discounts. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy fast track stuff and who would like to have a great time while doing that.

I have been here to buy sunglasses for my girlfriend. The collections are very good and the staff helps you to find what exactly you want. I went to 5 different titan showrooms before to buy the fastrack sunglass but none had good collection or new arrivals. Even for fastrack watches, this one is the best.If you plan to buy fastrack accessories better avoid world of titan showroom and visit here.

Poor service when I went with a replacement voucher on là sunday. They Gave me fake info to choose with in 4 bags. But the anothér  sales girl gave additional info that I can choose any but bill will be without offer.  That guy was reluctant to show any bags. He changed the way treating me. When I went for cash purchase he showed Excellent services. The billing person did not respect at all.. not even ready to give a cover for the bag I purchased. Asked me to carry without a cover/carry bag. No warranty card given. No details on redeeming the voucher. GAVE REDEMPTION VOUCHER FOR RS.1795 AND CASH RS.100. but gave me the bill for rs 1515. TOTALLY CHEATED RS. 400. NO INFO GIVEN ABOUT THE BILL. I purchased there more than 5 times. This time got terrific cheating experience.  I dont know why are they doing like this for voucher based purchases.
