Extremely disappointed. The staff aren’t helpful at all. I personally had a bad experience with their return policy, which they didn’t inform me about their “ new no exchange policy”. Now , I wasted 16k and left disrespected. Never going back to such a bad staff and store.

Excellent service and excellent collection. If you need to dress up the best and cost is not a big issue, do give a visit here. The staff gives ample time to select and are of good help. Liked their attitude.. Have enough parking space too

Very poor customer service in Anna Nagar Diva, had given a dress on 13/01/2020 for alteration and was said to be delivered by 22/01/2020, when went and asked there on 23/01/2020 the people there made me wait for an hour then later said itll take another half an hour and that they are doing the alteration only now.We got angry and when asked the owners reply was Ill give back the money,this is not an appropriate answer, its their mistake and nobody apologized.The owner(the guys who calls himself owner)was very rude thinks hes someone great . Definitely this attitude is not gonna give him good business.

The place is nice with a good collection. The staff are very helpful especially Rupa. But the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. While billing we had specified we want a different piece to be altered. Which he agreed to at that time but got the defective piece altered. On questioning him he started yelling at the staff in front of us for a mistake of his and bluntly refused to help us and said there would be no refund. For a shop this big its very surprising that they hire managers without common courtesy.

Very bad shop.Our dress started tearing at the bottom in the first wear itselfWe paid Rs4200/-.Colour faded and stuck to other parts of the dress making it not usable.When we took it to the shop, very poor response. Not trying to understand the quality defects. They took the dress and no response for three weeks .Only after we went and asked for the dress, he is just returnung the dress and standing like a bull. Useless staff.My sincere advice iif you have lot of money to waste, you can go to this shop .Especially Sterling road shop.Advice your friends and others not to go to this shop.

They have a decent collection. But the garment quality is bad. The fabric and sewing is not good. I have bought cloths for myself and my cousin on 3 different occasions there. All the 3 garments required alterations (which is fine. Cas they are ready to wear), but we had to keep gng back to them more than twice for the fitting. After the delivery, when we wore the garment the zipper did not work. We had to go back for that. One of the garments, it was terrible cas i had given it for alteration, and it took them almost a month and frequent visits, to get it done for me. And when I finally wore it for the occasion the zipper did not work and broke. When I went back and asked them to put a better quality zipper for me, and when I informed them that I was very unhappy that I could not wear it for the occasion. Their response was very blunt and careless. Service is really bad. If u want a great looking and moneys worth garment, I would not recommend this place.

I had another unpleasant incident at the Anna nagar branch today. I had given few clothes for al teration and when I came to collect it they gave me only the top (after looking for almost 20 mins . I had already called twice and told them to keep it ready, but they did not and I ended up paying extra for the cab waiting charges) and forgot to give the bottom and dupatta. I asked them several times but one of the ladys at the counter was extremely rude and said that everything was already given. I came back and re- checked and did not find it at home. I called them again, they seemed to have found the dupatta and pant there. The rude lady once again said if they want it let them come collect it.In these two days, my entire trip was ruined. I came here to buy some nice clothes for my sisters wedding and ended up just going from shop to shop, paying for cabs and dealing with extremely rude staff. I am so disappointed with this service.

Most horrible store ever..irrespective of location.....expensive ..ruined my daughters birthday clothes worth Rs 10,000 for nothing.Regret visiting the store. Poor customer service , not ready to accept mistake, irresponsible to the core...expect to be dissatisfied once purchased ....
