Seeing YouTube videos dont belive blindly Nd go for shopping...No costomer response very bad hospitality Even that owner person was there when I went ... Bridal frocks were very less ... Shop was not clean very bad ... Seeing videos we went from Trichy for wedding purchase.

I went to chithraas valasaravakkam to purchase gift sarees, very limited collection or staffs not interested to show collection ,staffs were replacing the sarees in shelf, not showed much interest in showing variety of dresses. I purchased nearly for 12 thousand rupees, they not even packed the sarees in boxes n separate bags, they put all sarees in one blue carry bag. Wat a service? Is 12 thousand rupees purchase is very less? They didnt even give a separate bag box for 2k sarees also. After asking security gave us saree boxes n helped us . Thanks to security person.

This shop has a YouTube channel where they update the latest collections they have. You can even call and order for a particular saree or clothing. The choice of clothing types are less, which is expected, but the choice for sarees is considerable.There is not enough parking space as it is on the main road (Arcot Road) which is the curse upon all shops on Arcot Road.The staff are friendly and the shop has two floors. But the one negative point I have is there is no place to sit and shop which makes it difficult for long hours of shopping for ladies and gentlemen accompanying them ;)

Sorry to say this.such a dissapointing situation. A very poor customer service showing attitude.. poor collections instead buying there we can get better designs in roadside shops.totally dissappointed travelled for 4 hours (up and down) all the way to valasaravakkam chitraas but didnt buy a single piece of cloth.my kind request to the owner if u have grown up it does not mean that you can shower your attitude to the customers and compromise with the quality of products. Dont forget that you have reached this level because of your customers and reduce the trust they have on you.Thank you

A conveniently located shop in Valasaravakkam with a good collection of reasonably priced synthetic sarees, dress material and bridal vwear too. I shopped for synthetic sarees and found the collection quite good. Good sales service too.

They have very good collections mainly for ladies.

It is apt for business people to deal with. For a commoner,no new fresh item of clothing is displayed. All displayed items are already opened and the folds are not intact. Hence,the customer is not fully satisfied.

They do not accept the exchange , So please careful when you purchase . Always they try to sell double sarees , then say they do not accept exchange . So when you purchase carefull with this people .

Worst experience ever..Lowest quality of cotton, very gaudy and old fashioned collections and very less varieties.Customer service also forces us to select within few dresses itself. Even roadside shops have good quality clothes and variety.Waste of time and money and advertisement are misleading.

Went to Chithraas after seeing their program in Raj tv but was very disappointed. The collections are pricey and the customer service is very poor. They dont even respond properly if u ask for an alternative size or to show other collection. Will never visit again.

Wonderful collection. I was amazed to see so many collections in less price range too. Loved the chudidar materials and sarees. Only flip point it no exchange here. My aunt bought me a material and i didnt like the colour. Called them immediatly for exchange request but they bluntly told no exchange. I went there personally and ended up buying few for myself.

Customers are well treated bu the staffs.. moderate price.. sizes are available upto 7xl but the drawback is material Is not good quality.. only one stitch will be there so for that quality of material it will easily get torn.. and varieties are not there..for eg if u purchase a 5xl dress they have totally a 10 design and color in that size already if u bought 5 dresses from 5xl this time and remaining five in the next turn in the third time u will not have any more designs to buy because u will have everything that is there.. that is a major cons
