This is one of the best shopping places in the hot area, tnagar..pondy bazaar. Designs & collections are unique. U will surely pick more than 1 dress in this shop. Only dress materials.. no readymades. They hv a single piece in each color for a design. So, they cannot give another piece for the same color if at all needed..but they do accept exchanges.

The customer service was worst. Even though i am a regular customer, the owner (who happens to be north indian) overlooked me in front of a north indian customer. The dress i had selected was given away to that north indian customer who was stubborn on getting my dress. The owner instead of being fair was trying to pacify me and gave away the dress selected by me to that customer. HAVE DECIDED NEVER TO VISIT AGAIN!!!! Beware if you are a south indian 😏

The owner (or so he seemed) was as arrogant as one could get. I personally saw him being extremely rude to customers. One of them wanted a style which was out of stock and he barked at her saying it was out of stock and promptly yelled for the next customer to pay her bill.
